job 31:1

בְּתוּלָֽה	עַל	אֶ֝תְבֹּונֵ֗ן	וּמָ֥ה	לְעֵינָ֑י	כָּרַ֣תִּי	בְּ֭רִית
􉀑𐤕𐤅𐤋𐤄	𐤏𐤋	𐤀𐤕􉀑𐤅𐤍𐤍	𐤅𐤌𐤄	𐤋𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉	𐤊𐤓𐤕𐤉	􉀑𐤓𐤉𐤕
ba-thwla-ha	'a-l	aa-tha-ba-wna-n	wma-ha	la-'a-yna-ya	ka-ra-tha-ya	ba-ra-ytha
betwlah	'al	'etebownen	wmah	le'eynay	karatiy	beriyt
a virgin?	at	could I gaze [with desire]	How then	with my eyes.	I have made	a covenant

31-1. I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

job 31:2

מְּרֹמִֽים	מִ	שַׁ֝דַּ֗י	וְֽנַחֲלַ֥ת	מָּ֑עַל	מִ	אֱלֹ֣והַּ	חֵ֣לֶק	וּמֶ֤ה
𐤌𐤓𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤌	𐤔𐤃𐤉	𐤅𐤍𐤇𐤋𐤕	𐤌𐤏𐤋	𐤌	𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄	𐤇𐤋𐤒	𐤅𐤌𐤄
ma-ra-ma-ym	ma	sha-da-ya	wa-na-chala-tha	ma-'a-l	ma	au-la-wha	cha-la-qh	wma-ha
meromiym	mi	saday	wenahalat	ma'al	mi	'elowha	heleq	wmeh
on high?		from the Almighty	or the heritage	above,	from	of God	the allotment	For what [is]

31-2. For what portion of God is there from above? and what inheritance of the Almighty from on high?

job 31:3

אָֽוֶן	לְפֹ֣עֲלֵי	וְ֝נֵ֗כֶר	לְעַוָּ֑ל	אֵ֥יד	לֹא	הֲ
𐤀𐤅𐤍	𐤋𐤐𐤏𐤋𐤉	𐤅𐤍𐤊𐤓	𐤋𐤏𐤅𐤋	𐤀𐤉𐤃	𐤋𐤀	𐤄
aa-wa-n	la-pa-'ala-ya	wa-na-ka-r	la-'a-wa-l	aa-yd	la-a	ha
'awen	lepo'aley	weneker	le'awal	'eyd	lo'	ha
of iniquity?	to workers	and calamity	come to the unjust	disaster	Does not

31-3. Is not destruction to the wicked? and a strange punishment to the workers of iniquity?

job 31:4

יִסְפֹּֽור	צְעָדַ֥י	וְֽכָל	דְרָכָ֑י	יִרְאֶ֣ה	ה֖וּא	לֹא	הֲ
𐤉𐤎𐤐𐤅𐤓	𐤑𐤏𐤃𐤉	𐤅𐤊𐤋	𐤃𐤓𐤊𐤉	𐤉𐤓𐤀𐤄	𐤄𐤅𐤀	𐤋𐤀	𐤄
ya-sa-pa-wr	sa-'a-da-ya	wa-ka-l	da-ra-ka-ya	ya-ra-aa-ha	hwa	la-a	ha
yisepowr	se'aday	wekal	derakay	yire'eh	hw'	lo'	ha
and count	step?	my every	my ways	see	Does He	not

31-4. Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?

job 31:5

רַגְלִֽי	מִרְמָ֣ה	עַל	וַתַּ֖חַשׁ	שָׁ֑וְא	עִם	אִםהָלַ֥כְתִּי
𐤓𐤂𐤋𐤉	𐤌𐤓𐤌𐤄	𐤏𐤋	𐤅𐤕𐤇𐤔	𐤔𐤅𐤀	𐤏𐤌	𐤀𐤌𐤄𐤋𐤊𐤕𐤉
ra-ga-la-ya	ma-ra-ma-ha	'a-l	wa-tha-cha-sha	sha-wa-a	'a-m	aa-mha-la-ka-tha-ya
rageliy	miremah	'al	watahas	sawe'	'im	'imhalaketiy
or my foot	deceit,	to	has rushed	falsehood	in	If I have walked

31-5. If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;

job 31:6

תֻּמָּתִֽי	אֱ֝לֹ֗והַּ	וְיֵדַ֥ע	צֶ֑דֶק	בְמֹאזְנֵי	יִשְׁקְלֵ֥נִי
𐤕𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄	𐤅𐤉𐤃𐤏	𐤑𐤃𐤒	􉀑𐤌𐤀𐤆𐤍𐤉	𐤉𐤔𐤒𐤋𐤍𐤉
thuma-tha-ya	au-la-wha	wa-ya-da-'	sa-da-qh	ba-ma-aza-na-ya	ya-sha-qa-la-na-ya
tumatiy	'elowha	weyeda'	sedeq	bemo'zeney	yiseqeleniy
my integrity.	and He	will know	with honest	scales,	let God weigh me

31-6. Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.

job 31:7

דָּ֣בַק

וּ֝בְכַפַּ֗י

לִבִּ֑י

הָלַ֣ךְ

עֵ֭ינַי

וְאַחַ֣ר

הַ֫דָּ֥רֶךְ

מִנִּ֪י

אַשֻּׁרִי֮

אִ֥םתִּטֶּ֣ה

if my heart

my eyes,

my steps

If have turned

31-7. If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;

job 31:8

יְשֹׁרָֽשׁוּ	וְֽצֶאֱצָאַ֥י	יֹאכֵ֑ל	וְאַחֵ֣ר	אֶ֭זְרְעָה
𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤔𐤅	𐤅𐤑𐤀𐤑𐤀𐤉	𐤉𐤀𐤊𐤋	𐤅𐤀𐤇𐤓	𐤀𐤆𐤓𐤏𐤄
ya-sha-ra-shwa	wa-sa-au-sa-aa-ya	ya-aka-l	wa-aa-cha-r	aa-za-ra-'a-ha
yesorasw	wese'esa'ay	yo'kel	we'aher	'ezere'ah
be uprooted.	and my crops	eat	then may another	what I have sown,

31-8. Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

job 31:9

אָרָֽבְתִּי	רֵעִ֣י	פֶּ֖תַח	וְעַל	אִשָּׁ֑ה	עַל	לִ֭בִּי	אִםנִפְתָּ֣ה
𐤀𐤓􉀑𐤕𐤉	𐤓𐤏𐤉	𐤐𐤕𐤇	𐤅𐤏𐤋	𐤀𐤔𐤄	𐤏𐤋	𐤋􉀑𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤍𐤐𐤕𐤄
aa-ra-ba-tha-ya	ra-'a-ya	pa-tha-cha	wa-'a-l	aa-sha-ha	'a-l	la-ba-ya	aa-mna-pa-tha-ha
'arabetiy	re'iy	petah	we'al	'isah	'al	libiy	'imnipetah
or I have lurked	my neighbor’s	his door,	at	wife,	by	my heart	If has been enticed

31-9. If mine heart have been deceived by a woman, or if I have laid wait at my neighbour's door;

job 31:10

אֲחֵרִֽין	יִכְרְע֥וּן	וְ֝עָלֶ֗יהָ	אִשְׁתִּ֑י	לְאַחֵ֣ר	תִּטְחַ֣ן
𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤍	𐤉𐤊𐤓𐤏𐤅𐤍	𐤅𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤄	𐤀𐤔𐤕𐤉	𐤋𐤀𐤇𐤓	𐤕𐤈𐤇𐤍
aacha-ra-yn	ya-ka-ra-'wn	wa-'a-la-yha	aa-sha-tha-ya	la-aa-cha-r	tha-ta-cha-n
'aheriyn	yikere'wn	we'aleyha	'isetiy	le'aher	titehan
and may other men	sleep	with her.	then may my own wife	for another,	grind grain

31-10. Then let my wife grind unto another, and let others bow down upon her.

job 31:11

פְּלִילִֽים	עָוֹ֥ן	וְ֝ה֗וּא	זִמָּ֑ה	כִּיהִ֥יא
𐤐𐤋𐤉𐤋𐤉𐤌	𐤏𐤅𐤍	𐤅𐤄𐤅𐤀	𐤆𐤌𐤄	𐤊𐤉𐤄𐤉𐤀
pa-la-yla-ym	'a-wa-n	wa-hwa	za-ma-ha	ka-yha-ya
peliyliym	'awon	wehw'	zimah	kiyhiy'
to be judged.	an iniquity		a heinous crime,	For that [would be]

31-11. For this is an heinous crime; yea, it is an iniquity to be punished by the judges.

job 31:12

תְשָׁרֵֽשׁ	תְּב֖וּאָתִ֣י	וּֽבְכָל	תֹּאכֵ֑ל	אֲבַדֹּ֣ון	עַד	הִ֭יא	כִּ֤יאֵ֣שׁ
𐤕𐤔𐤓𐤔	𐤕􉀑𐤅𐤀𐤕𐤉	𐤅􉀑𐤊𐤋	𐤕𐤀𐤊𐤋	𐤀􉀑𐤃𐤅𐤍	𐤏𐤃	𐤄𐤉𐤀	𐤊𐤉𐤀𐤔
tha-sha-ra-sha	tha-bwaa-tha-ya	wba-ka-l	tha-aka-l	aaba-da-wn	'a-d	ha-ya	ka-yaa-sha
tesares	tebw'atiy	wbekal	to'kel	'abadown	'ad	hiy'	kiy'es
it would root out	harvest.	my entire	that burns	Abaddon;	down to	it	For is a fire

31-12. For it is a fire that consumeth to destruction, and would root out all mine increase.

job 31:13

עִמָּדִֽי	בְּ֝רִבָ֗ם	וַאֲמָתִ֑י	עַ֭בְדִּי	מִשְׁפַּ֣ט	אִםאֶמְאַ֗ס
𐤏𐤌𐤃𐤉	􉀑𐤓􉀑𐤌	𐤅𐤀𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤏􉀑𐤃𐤉	𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤎
'a-ma-da-ya	ba-ra-ba-m	wa-aama-tha-ya	'a-ba-da-ya	ma-sha-pa-t	aa-maa-ma-aa-sh
'imadiy	beribam	wa'amatiy	'abediy	misepat	'im'eme'as
against me,	when they made a complaint	or maidservant	of my manservant	the cause	If I have rejected

31-13. If I did despise the cause of my manservant or of my maidservant, when they contended with me;

job 31:14

אֲשִׁיבֶֽנּוּ	מָ֣ה	וְכִֽייִ֝פְקֹ֗ד	אֵ֑ל	כִּֽייָק֣וּם	אֶֽ֭עֱשֶׂה	וּמָ֣ה
𐤀𐤔𐤉􉀑𐤍𐤅	𐤌𐤄	𐤅𐤊𐤉𐤉𐤐𐤒𐤃	𐤀𐤋	𐤊𐤉𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌	𐤀𐤏𐤔𐤄	𐤅𐤌𐤄
aasha-yba-nwa	ma-ha	wa-ka-yya-pa-qa-d	aa-l	ka-yya-qwm	aa-'u-sha-ha	wma-ha
'asiybenw	mah	wekiyyipeqod	'el	kiyyaqwm	'e'eseh	wmah
will I answer	How	when called to account?	God	when rises to judge?	will I do	what

31-14. What then shall I do when God riseth up? and when he visiteth, what shall I answer him?

job 31:15

אֶחָֽד	בָּרֶ֥חֶם	וַ֝יְכֻנֶ֗נּוּ	עָשָׂ֑הוּ	עֹשֵׂ֣נִי	בַ֭בֶּטֶן	לֹא	הֲֽ֝
𐤀𐤇𐤃	􉀑𐤓𐤇𐤌	𐤅𐤉𐤊𐤍𐤍𐤅	𐤏𐤔𐤄𐤅	𐤏𐤔𐤍𐤉	􉀑􉀑𐤈𐤍	𐤋𐤀	𐤄
aa-cha-d	ba-ra-cha-m	wa-ya-kuna-nwa	'a-sha-hwa	'a-sha-na-ya	ba-ba-ta-n	la-a	ha
'ehad	barehem	wayekunenw	'asahw	'oseniy	babeten	lo'	ha
Did not the same One	in the womb?	form us	also make them?	He who made me	in the womb	Did not

31-15. Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?

job 31:16

אֲכַלֶּֽה	אַלְמָנָ֣ה	וְעֵינֵ֖י	דַּלִּ֑ים	חֵ֣פֶץ	מֵ	אִםאֶ֭מְנַע
𐤀𐤊𐤋𐤄	𐤀𐤋𐤌𐤍𐤄	𐤅𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉	𐤃𐤋𐤉𐤌	𐤇𐤐𐤑	𐤌	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤌𐤍𐤏
aaka-la-ha	aa-la-ma-na-ha	wa-'a-yna-ya	da-la-ym	cha-pa-tz	ma	aa-maa-ma-na-'
'akaleh	'alemanah	we'eyney	daliym	hepes	me	'im'emena'
to fail,	or allowed the widow’s	eyes	of the poor	the desires		If I have denied

31-16. If I have withheld the poor from their desire, or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail;

job 31:17

מִמֶּֽנָּה	יָתֹ֣ום	אָכַ֖ל	וְלֹא	לְבַדִּ֑י	פִּתִּ֣י	וְאֹכַ֣ל
𐤌𐤌𐤍𐤄	𐤉𐤕𐤅𐤌	𐤀𐤊𐤋	𐤅𐤋𐤀	𐤋􉀑𐤃𐤉	𐤐𐤕𐤉	𐤅𐤀𐤊𐤋
ma-ma-na-ha	ya-tha-wm	aa-ka-l	wa-la-a	la-ba-da-ya	pa-tha-ya	wa-aa-ka-l
mimenah	yatowm	'akal	welo'	lebadiy	pitiy	we'okal
it	with the fatherless—	sharing	not	alone,	my morsel	if I have eaten

31-17. Or have eaten my morsel myself alone, and the fatherless hath not eaten thereof;

job 31:18

אַנְחֶֽנָּה	אִמִּ֣י	בֶּ֖טֶן	וּמִ	אָ֑ב	כְ	גְּדֵלַ֣נִי	נְּעוּרַי	כִּ֣ימִ֭
𐤀𐤍𐤇𐤍𐤄	𐤀𐤌𐤉	􉀑𐤈𐤍	𐤅𐤌	𐤀􉀑	𐤊	𐤂𐤃𐤋𐤍𐤉	𐤍𐤏𐤅𐤓𐤉	𐤊𐤉𐤌
aa-na-cha-na-ha	aa-ma-ya	ba-ta-n	wma	aa-b	ka	ga-da-la-na-ya	na-'wra-ya	ka-yma
'anehenah	'imiy	beten	wmi	'ab	ke	gedelaniy	ne'wray	kiymi
I guided [the widow]—	and from my mother's	womb		as would a father,		I reared him	my youth	though from

31-18. (For from my youth he was brought up with me, as with a father, and I have guided her from my mother's womb;)

job 31:19

לָאֶבְיֹֽון	כְּ֝ס֗וּת	וְאֵ֥ין	לְב֑וּשׁ	בְּלִ֣י	מִ	אֹ֖ובֵד	אִםאֶרְאֶ֣ה
𐤋𐤀􉀑𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤊𐤎𐤅𐤕	𐤅𐤀𐤉𐤍	𐤋􉀑𐤅𐤔	􉀑𐤋𐤉	𐤌	𐤀𐤅􉀑𐤃	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤓𐤀𐤄
la-aa-ba-ya-wn	ka-swtha	wa-aa-yn	la-bwsha	ba-la-ya	ma	aa-wba-d	aa-maa-ra-aa-ha
la'ebeyown	keswt	we'eyn	lebws	beliy	mi	'owbed	'im'ere'eh
or a needy man	a cloak,	without	of clothing,	for lack		one perish	if I have seen

31-19. If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;

job 31:20

יִתְחַמָּֽם	כְּ֝בָשַׂי	גֵּ֥ז	וּמִ	חֲלָצָ֑יו	בֵרֲכ֣וּנִי	אִםלֹ֣א
𐤉𐤕𐤇𐤌𐤌	𐤊􉀑𐤔𐤉	𐤂𐤆	𐤅𐤌	𐤇𐤋𐤑𐤉𐤅	􉀑𐤓𐤊𐤅𐤍𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤋𐤀
ya-tha-cha-ma-m	ka-ba-sha-ya	ga-z	wma	chala-sa-ywa	ba-rakwna-ya	aa-mla-a
yitehamam	kebasay	gez	wmi	halasayw	berakwniy	'imlo'
for warming him	of my sheep,	with the fleece		his heart	blessed me	if has not

31-20. If his loins have not blessed me, and if he were not warmed with the fleece of my sheep;

job 31:21

עֶזְרָתִֽי	בַ֝שַּׁ֗עַר	כִּֽיאֶרְאֶ֥ה	יָדִ֑י	יָתֹ֣ום	עַל	אִםהֲנִיפֹ֣ותִי
𐤏𐤆𐤓𐤕𐤉	􉀑𐤔𐤏𐤓	𐤊𐤉𐤀𐤓𐤀𐤄	𐤉𐤃𐤉	𐤉𐤕𐤅𐤌	𐤏𐤋	𐤀𐤌𐤄𐤍𐤉𐤐𐤅𐤕𐤉
'a-za-ra-tha-ya	ba-sha-'a-r	ka-yaa-ra-aa-ha	ya-da-ya	ya-tha-wm	'a-l	aa-mhana-ypa-wtha-ya
'ezeratiy	basa'ar	kiy'ere'eh	yadiy	yatowm	'al	'imhaniypowtiy
that I had support	in the gate,	because I saw	up my hand	the fatherless	against	if I have lifted

31-21. If I have lifted up my hand against the fatherless, when I saw my help in the gate:

job 31:22

תִשָּׁבֵֽר	קָּנָ֥ה	מִ	וְ֝אֶזְרֹעִ֗י	תִפֹּ֑ול	שִּׁכְמָ֣ה	מִ	כְּ֭תֵפִי
𐤕𐤔􉀑𐤓	𐤒𐤍𐤄	𐤌	𐤅𐤀𐤆𐤓𐤏𐤉	𐤕𐤐𐤅𐤋	𐤔𐤊𐤌𐤄	𐤌	𐤊𐤕𐤐𐤉
tha-sha-ba-r	qa-na-ha	ma	wa-aa-za-ra-'a-ya	tha-pa-wl	sha-ka-ma-ha	ma	ka-tha-pa-ya
tisaber	qanah	mi	we'ezero'iy	tipowl	sikemah	mi	ketepiy
and be torn	its socket.	from	then may my arm	fall	my shoulder	from

31-22. Then let mine arm fall from my shoulder blade, and mine arm be broken from the bone.

job 31:23

אוּכָֽל	לֹ֣א	שְּׂאֵתֹ֗ו	וּ֝מִ	אֵ֑ל	אֵ֭לַיאֵ֣יד	כִּ֤יפַ֣חַד
𐤀𐤅𐤊𐤋	𐤋𐤀	𐤔𐤀𐤕𐤅	𐤅𐤌	𐤀𐤋	𐤀𐤋𐤉𐤀𐤉𐤃	𐤊𐤉𐤐𐤇𐤃
awka-l	la-a	sha-aa-tha-wa	wma	aa-l	aa-la-yaa-yd	ka-ypa-cha-d
'wkal	lo'	se'etow	wmi	'el	'elay'eyd	kiypahad
overpower.	I cannot	His splendor	and and	from God	me, calamity	For terrifies

31-23. For destruction from God was a terror to me, and by reason of his highness I could not endure.

job 31:24

מִבְטַחִֽי	אָמַ֥רְתִּי	וְ֝לַכֶּ֗תֶם	כִּסְלִ֑י	זָהָ֣ב	אִםשַׂ֣מְתִּי
𐤌􉀑𐤈𐤇𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤕𐤉	𐤅𐤋𐤊𐤕𐤌	𐤊𐤎𐤋𐤉	𐤆𐤄􉀑	𐤀𐤌𐤔𐤌𐤕𐤉
ma-ba-ta-cha-ya	aa-ma-ra-tha-ya	wa-la-ka-tha-m	ka-sa-la-ya	za-ha-b	aa-msha-ma-tha-ya
mibetahiy	'amaretiy	welaketem	kiseliy	zahab	'imsametiy
my security,	or called	pure gold	my trust	in gold	If I have put

31-24. If I have made gold my hope, or have said to the fine gold, Thou art my confidence;

job 31:25

יָדִֽי	מָצְאָ֥ה	וְכִֽיכַ֝בִּ֗יר	חֵילִ֑י	כִּירַ֣ב	אִםאֶ֭שְׂמַח
𐤉𐤃𐤉	𐤌𐤑𐤀𐤄	𐤅𐤊𐤉𐤊􉀑𐤉𐤓	𐤇𐤉𐤋𐤉	𐤊𐤉𐤓􉀑	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤔𐤌𐤇
ya-da-ya	ma-sa-aa-ha	wa-ka-yka-ba-yr	cha-yla-ya	ka-yra-b	aa-maa-sha-ma-cha
yadiy	mase'ah	wekiykabiyr	heyliy	kiyrab	'im'esemah
my hand	had gained	because so much,	wealth	in my great	if I have rejoiced

31-25. If I rejoice because my wealth was great, and because mine hand had gotten much;

job 31:26

הֹלֵֽךְ	יָקָ֥ר	וְ֝יָרֵ֗חַ	כִּ֣ייָהֵ֑ל	אֹ֖ור	אִםאֶרְאֶ֣ה
𐤄𐤋𐤊	𐤉𐤒𐤓	𐤅𐤉𐤓𐤇	𐤊𐤉𐤉𐤄𐤋	𐤀𐤅𐤓	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤓𐤀𐤄
ha-la-ka	ya-qa-r	wa-ya-ra-cha	ka-yya-ha-l	aa-wr	aa-maa-ra-aa-ha
holeke	yaqar	weyareha	kiyyahel	'owr	'im'ere'eh
moving	in splendor,	or at the moon	in its radiance	the sun	if I have regarded

31-26. If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon walking in brightness;

job 31:27

לְפִֽי	יָדִ֣י	וַתִּשַּׁ֖ק	לִבִּ֑י	בַּסֵּ֣תֶר	וַיִּ֣פְתְּ
𐤋𐤐𐤉	𐤉𐤃𐤉	𐤅𐤕𐤔𐤒	𐤋􉀑𐤉	􉀑𐤎𐤕𐤓	𐤅𐤉𐤐𐤕
la-pa-ya	ya-da-ya	wa-tha-sha-qh	la-ba-ya	ba-sa-tha-r	wa-ya-pa-tha
lepiy	yadiy	watisaq	libiy	baseter	wayipete
from my mouth,	and my hand	threw a kiss	so that my heart	was secretly	enticed

31-27. And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:

job 31:28

מָּֽעַל	מִ	לָאֵ֣ל	כִּֽיכִחַ֖שְׁתִּי	פְּלִילִ֑י	עָוֹ֣ן	ה֖וּא	גַּם

ma-'a-l	ma	la-aa-l	ka-yka-cha-sha-tha-ya	pa-la-yla-ya	'a-wa-n	hwa	ga-m
ma'al	mi	la'el	kiykihasetiy	peliyliy	'awon	hw'	gam
on high.		God	for I would have denied	to be judged,	an iniquity	this	would also be

31-28. This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above.

job 31:29

רָֽע	כִּֽימְצָ֥אֹו	וְ֝הִתְעֹרַ֗רְתִּי	מְשַׂנְאִ֑י	בְּפִ֣יד	אִםאֶ֭שְׂמַח
𐤓𐤏	𐤊𐤉𐤌𐤑𐤀𐤅	𐤅𐤄𐤕𐤏𐤓𐤓𐤕𐤉	𐤌𐤔𐤍𐤀𐤉	􉀑𐤐𐤉𐤃	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤔𐤌𐤇
ra-'	ka-yma-sa-aa-wa	wa-ha-tha-'a-ra-ra-tha-ya	ma-sha-na-aa-ya	ba-pa-yd	aa-maa-sha-ma-cha
ra'	kiymesa'ow	wehite'oraretiy	mesane'iy	bepiyd	'im'esemah
evil	when befell him—	or exulted	at my enemy’s	ruin,	If I have rejoiced

31-29. If I rejoice at the destruction of him that hated me, or lifted up myself when evil found him:

נַפְשֹֽׁו	בְּאָלָ֣ה	לִשְׁאֹ֖ל	חִכִּ֑י	לַחֲטֹ֣א	נָתַ֣תִּי	וְלֹא
𐤍𐤐𐤔𐤅	􉀑𐤀𐤋𐤄	𐤋𐤔𐤀𐤋	𐤇𐤊𐤉	𐤋𐤇𐤈𐤀	𐤍𐤕𐤕𐤉	𐤅𐤋𐤀
na-pa-sha-wa	ba-aa-la-ha	la-sha-aa-l	cha-ka-ya	la-chata-a	na-tha-tha-ya	wa-la-a
napesow	be'alah	lise'ol	hikiy	lahato'	natatiy	welo'
his life	with a curse—	by asking for	my mouth	to sin	allowed	I have not

31-30. Neither have I suffered my mouth to sin by wishing a curse to his soul.

job 31:31

נִשְׂבָּֽע	לֹ֣א	בְּשָׂרֹ֗ו	מִ֝	יִתֵּ֥ן	מִֽי	אָהֳלִ֑י	מְתֵ֣י	אָ֭מְרוּ	אִםלֹ֣א
𐤍𐤔􉀑𐤏	𐤋𐤀	􉀑𐤔𐤓𐤅	𐤌	𐤉𐤕𐤍	𐤌𐤉	𐤀𐤄𐤋𐤉	𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤅	𐤀𐤌𐤋𐤀
na-sha-ba-'	la-a	ba-sha-ra-wa	ma	ya-tha-n	ma-ya	aa-hola-ya	ma-tha-ya	aa-ma-rwa	aa-mla-a
niseba'	lo'	besarow	mi	yiten	miy	'aholiy	metey	'amerw	'imlo'
had his fill?’—	who has not			is there	‘Who	of my house	the men	said,	if have not

31-31. If the men of my tabernacle said not, Oh that we had of his flesh! we cannot be satisfied.

job 31:32

אֶפְתָּֽח	לָאֹ֥רַח	דְּ֝לָתַ֗י	גֵּ֑ר	יָלִ֣ין	לֹא	בַּ֭חוּץ
𐤀𐤐𐤕𐤇	𐤋𐤀𐤓𐤇	𐤃𐤋𐤕𐤉	𐤂𐤓	𐤉𐤋𐤉𐤍	𐤋𐤀	􉀑𐤇𐤅𐤑
aa-pa-tha-cha	la-aa-ra-cha	da-la-tha-ya	ga-r	ya-la-yn	la-a	ba-chwtz
'epetah	la'orah	delatay	ger	yaliyn	lo'	bahws
has been open	to the traveler—	for my door	stranger	had to lodge	[but] no	on the street,

31-32. The stranger did not lodge in the street: but I opened my doors to the traveller.

job 31:33

עֲוֹֽנִי	בְּחֻבִּ֣י	לִטְמֹ֖ון	פְּשָׁעָ֑י	אָדָ֣ם	כְ	אִםכִּסִּ֣יתִי
𐤏𐤅𐤍𐤉	􉀑𐤇􉀑𐤉	𐤋𐤈𐤌𐤅𐤍	𐤐𐤔𐤏𐤉	𐤀𐤃𐤌	𐤊	𐤀𐤌𐤊𐤎𐤉𐤕𐤉
'awa-na-ya	ba-chuba-ya	la-ta-ma-wn	pa-sha-'a-ya	aa-da-m	ka	aa-mka-sa-ytha-ya
'awoniy	behubiy	litemown	pesa'ay	'adam	ke	'imkisiytiy
my guilt	in my heart,	by hiding	my transgressions	like Adam		if I have covered

31-33. If I covered my transgressions as Adam, by hiding mine iniquity in my bosom:

פָֽתַח	אֵ֥צֵא	לֹא	וָ֝אֶדֹּ֗ם	יְחִתֵּ֑נִי	מִשְׁפָּחֹ֥ות	וּבוּז	רַבָּ֗ה	הָ֘מֹ֤ון	כִּ֤יאֶֽעֱרֹ֨וץ

31-34. Did I fear a great multitude, or did the contempt of families terrify me, that I kept silence, and went not out of the door?

31-35. Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire is, that the Almighty would answer me, and that mine adversary had written a book.

עֲטָרֹ֣ות	אֶֽעֶנְדֶ֖נּוּ	אֶשָּׂאֶ֑נּוּ	שִׁ֭כְמִי	עַל	אִםלֹ֣א

'ata-ra-wtha	aa-'a-na-da-nwa	aa-sha-aa-nwa	sha-ka-ma-ya	'a-l	aa-mla-a
'atarowt	'e'enedenw	'esa'enw	sikemiy	'al	'imlo'
it like a crown.	and wear	I would carry it	my shoulder	on	Surely Surely

31-36. Surely I would take it upon my shoulder, and bind it as a crown to me.

אֲקָרֲבֶֽנּוּ	נָ֝גִ֗יד	כְּמֹו	אַגִּידֶ֑נּוּ	צְ֭עָדַי	לִֽימִסְפַּ֣ר
𐤀𐤒𐤓􉀑𐤍𐤅	𐤍𐤂𐤉𐤃	𐤊𐤌𐤅	𐤀𐤂𐤉𐤃𐤍𐤅	𐤑𐤏𐤃𐤉	𐤋𐤉𐤌𐤎𐤐𐤓
aaqa-raba-nwa	na-ga-yd	ka-ma-wa	aa-ga-yda-nwa	sa-'a-da-ya	la-yma-sa-pa-r
'aqarabenw	nagiyd	kemow	'agiydenw	se'aday	liymisepar
I would approach Him	a prince.	like	I would give	of all my steps;	account

31-37. I would declare unto him the number of my steps; as a prince would I go near unto him.

job 31:38

יִבְכָּיֽוּן	תְּלָמֶ֥יהָ	וְ֝יַ֗חַד	תִזְעָ֑ק	אַדְמָתִ֣י	אִםעָ֭לַי
𐤉􉀑𐤊𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤕𐤋𐤌𐤉𐤄	𐤅𐤉𐤇𐤃	𐤕𐤆𐤏𐤒	𐤀𐤃𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤏𐤋𐤉
ya-ba-ka-ywn	tha-la-ma-yha	wa-ya-cha-d	tha-za-'a-qh	aa-da-ma-tha-ya	aa-m'a-la-ya
yibekaywn	telameyha	weyahad	tize'aq	'adematiy	'im'alay
weep	and its furrows	together,	cries out	my land	If against me

31-38. If my land cry against me, or that the furrows likewise thereof complain;

job 31:39

הִפָּֽחְתִּי	בְּעָלֶ֣יהָ	וְנֶ֖פֶשׁ	כָ֑סֶף	בְלִי	אָכַ֣לְתִּי	אִםכֹּ֖חָהּ
𐤄𐤐𐤇𐤕𐤉	􉀑𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤄	𐤅𐤍𐤐𐤔	𐤊𐤎𐤐	􉀑𐤋𐤉	𐤀𐤊𐤋𐤕𐤉	𐤀𐤌𐤊𐤇𐤄
ha-pa-cha-tha-ya	ba-'a-la-yha	wa-na-pa-sha	ka-sa-ph	ba-la-ya	aa-ka-la-tha-ya	aa-mka-cha-ha
hipahetiy	be'aleyha	wenepes	kasep	beliy	'akaletiy	'imkohah
	of its tenants,	or broken the spirit	payment	without	I have devoured	if its produce

31-39. If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:

אִיֹּֽוב	דִּבְרֵ֥י	תַּ֝֗מּוּ	בָאְשָׁ֑ה	שְׂעֹרָ֥ה	וְתַֽחַת	חֹ֗וחַ	יֵ֥צֵא	חִטָּ֨ה	תַּ֤חַת
𐤀𐤉𐤅􉀑	𐤃􉀑𐤓𐤉	𐤕𐤌𐤅	􉀑𐤀𐤔𐤄	𐤔𐤏𐤓𐤄	𐤅𐤕𐤇𐤕	𐤇𐤅𐤇	𐤉𐤑𐤀	𐤇𐤈𐤄	𐤕𐤇𐤕
aa-ya-wb	da-ba-ra-ya	tha-mwa	ba-aa-sha-ha	sha-'a-ra-ha	wa-tha-cha-tha	cha-wcha	ya-sa-a	cha-ta-ha	tha-cha-tha
'iyowb	diberey	tamw	ba'esah	se'orah	wetahat	howha	yese'	hitah	tahat
of Job.	the words	Thus conclude	and stinkweed	barley.”	instead of	then let briers	grow	wheat	instead of

31-40. Let thistles grow instead of wheat, and cockle instead of barley. The words of Job are ended.
