מְּקֹומֹֽו	מִ	וְ֝יִתַּ֗ר	לִבִּ֑י	יֶחֱרַ֣ד	לְ֭זֹאת	אַף
𐤌𐤒𐤅𐤌𐤅	𐤌	𐤅𐤉𐤕𐤓	𐤋􉀑𐤉	𐤉𐤇𐤓𐤃	𐤋𐤆𐤀𐤕	𐤀𐤐
ma-qa-wma-wa	ma	wa-ya-tha-r	la-ba-ya	ya-chu-ra-d	la-za-atha	aa-ph
meqowmow	mi	weyitar	libiy	yeherad	lezo't	'ap
its place.	from	and leaps	my heart	pounds	At this	also

37-1. At this also my heart trembleth, and is moved out of his place.

job 37:2

יֵצֵֽא	פִּ֥יו	מִ	וְ֝הֶ֗גֶה	קֹלֹ֑ו	בְּרֹ֣גֶז	שָׁמֹ֣ועַ	שִׁמְע֤וּ
𐤉𐤑𐤀	𐤐𐤉𐤅	𐤌	𐤅𐤄𐤂𐤄	𐤒𐤋𐤅	􉀑𐤓𐤂𐤆	𐤔𐤌𐤅𐤏	𐤔𐤌𐤏𐤅
ya-sa-a	pa-ywa	ma	wa-ha-ga-ha	qa-la-wa	ba-ra-ga-z	sha-ma-w'a	sha-ma-'wa
yese'	piyw	mi	wehegeh	qolow	berogez	samow'a	sime'w
[that] comes	His mouth.	from	and the rumbling	of His voice	to the thunder	closely	Listen

37-2. Hear attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his mouth.

job 37:3

הָאָֽרֶץ	כַּנְפֹ֥ות	עַל	וְ֝אֹורֹ֗ו	יִשְׁרֵ֑הוּ	הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם	כָּל	תַּֽחַת
𐤄𐤀𐤓𐤑	𐤊𐤍𐤐𐤅𐤕	𐤏𐤋	𐤅𐤀𐤅𐤓𐤅	𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤄𐤅	𐤄𐤔𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤊𐤋	𐤕𐤇𐤕
ha-aa-ra-tz	ka-na-pa-wtha	'a-l	wa-aa-wra-wa	ya-sha-ra-hwa	ha-sha-ma-ya-m	ka-l	tha-cha-tha
ha'ares	kanepowt	'al	we'owrow	yiserehw	hasamayim	kal	tahat
of the earth.	to the ends	and sends it	His lightning	He unleashes	sky	the whole	beneath

37-3. He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.

job 37:4

קֹולֹֽו	כִּֽייִשָּׁמַ֥ע	יְ֝עַקְּבֵ֗ם	וְלֹ֥א	גְּאֹונֹ֑ו	בְּקֹ֣ול	יַ֭רְעֵם	קֹ֗ול	יִשְׁאַג	אַחֲרָ֤יו
𐤒𐤅𐤋𐤅	𐤊𐤉𐤉𐤔𐤌𐤏	𐤉𐤏𐤒􉀑𐤌	𐤅𐤋𐤀	𐤂𐤀𐤅𐤍𐤅	􉀑𐤒𐤅𐤋	𐤉𐤓𐤏𐤌	𐤒𐤅𐤋	𐤉𐤔𐤀𐤂	𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤅
qa-wla-wa	ka-yya-sha-ma-'	ya-'a-qa-ba-m	wa-la-a	ga-aa-wna-wa	ba-qa-wl	ya-ra-'a-m	qa-wl	ya-sha-aa-gh	aa-chara-ywa
qowlow	kiyyisama'	ye'aqebem	welo'	ge'ownow	beqowl	yare'em	qowl	yise'ag	'aharayw
His voice	when resounds.	restrain [the lightning]	He does not	with His majestic	voice.	He thunders	sound;	there comes a roaring	Then

37-4. After it a voice roareth: he thundereth with the voice of his excellency; and he will not stay them when his voice is heard.

job 37:5

נֵדָֽע	וְלֹ֣א	גְ֝דֹלֹ֗ות	עֹשֶׂ֥ה	נִפְלָאֹ֑ות	בְּ֭קֹולֹו	אֵ֣ל	יַרְעֵ֤ם
𐤍𐤃𐤏	𐤅𐤋𐤀	𐤂𐤃𐤋𐤅𐤕	𐤏𐤔𐤄	𐤍𐤐𐤋𐤀𐤅𐤕	􉀑𐤒𐤅𐤋𐤅	𐤀𐤋	𐤉𐤓𐤏𐤌
na-da-'	wa-la-a	ga-da-la-wtha	'a-sha-ha	na-pa-la-aa-wtha	ba-qa-wla-wa	aa-l	ya-ra-'a-m
neda'	welo'	gedolowt	'oseh	nipela'owt	beqowlow	'el	yare'em
comprehend.	we cannot	great things	He does	wondrously	with His voice;	God	thunders

37-5. God thundereth marvellously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend.

job 37:6

עֻזֹּֽו	מִטְרֹ֥ות	וְ֝גֶ֗שֶׁם	מָטָ֑ר	וְגֶ֥שֶׁם	אָ֥רֶץ	הֱוֵ֫א	יֹאמַ֗ר	כִּ֤ילַשֶּׁ֨לַג
𐤏𐤆𐤅	𐤌𐤈𐤓𐤅𐤕	𐤅𐤂𐤔𐤌	𐤌𐤈𐤓	𐤅𐤂𐤔𐤌	𐤀𐤓𐤑	𐤄𐤅𐤀	𐤉𐤀𐤌𐤓	𐤊𐤉𐤋𐤔𐤋𐤂
'uza-wa	ma-ta-ra-wtha	wa-ga-sha-m	ma-ta-r	wa-ga-sha-m	aa-ra-tz	hu-wa-a	ya-ama-r	ka-yla-sha-la-gh
'uzow	miterowt	wegesem	matar	wegesem	'ares	hewe'	yo'mar	kiylaselag
a mighty	downpour.’	‘Pour out		and to the gentle rain,	[on] the earth,’	‘Fall	He says	For For For to the snow,

37-6. For he saith to the snow, Be thou on the earth; likewise to the small rain, and to the great rain of his strength.

job 37:7

מַעֲשֵֽׂהוּ	אַנְשֵׁ֥י	כָּל	לָ֝דַ֗עַת	יַחְתֹּ֑ום	אָדָ֥ם	כָּל	בְּיַד
𐤌𐤏𐤔𐤄𐤅	𐤀𐤍𐤔𐤉	𐤊𐤋	𐤋𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤉𐤇𐤕𐤅𐤌	𐤀𐤃𐤌	𐤊𐤋	􉀑𐤉𐤃
ma-'asha-hwa	aa-na-sha-ya	ka-l	la-da-'a-tha	ya-cha-tha-wm	aa-da-m	ka-l	ba-ya-d
ma'asehw	'anesey	kal	lada'at	yahetowm	'adam	kal	beyad
His work.	men	so that all	may know	He seals up	man,	of every	the hand

37-7. He sealeth up the hand of every man; that all men may know his work.

job 37:8

תִשְׁכֹּֽן	וּבִמְעֹ֖ונֹתֶ֣יהָ	בְמֹואָ֑רֶב	חַיָּ֣ה	וַתָּבֹ֣א
𐤕𐤔𐤊𐤍	𐤅􉀑𐤌𐤏𐤅𐤍𐤕𐤉𐤄	􉀑𐤌𐤅𐤀𐤓􉀑	𐤇𐤉𐤄	𐤅𐤕􉀑𐤀
tha-sha-ka-n	wba-ma-'a-wna-tha-yha	ba-ma-waa-ra-b	cha-ya-ha	wa-tha-ba-a
tisekon	wbime'ownoteyha	bemow'areb	hayah	watabo'
they settle down	in their dens.	their lairs;	The wild animals	enter

37-8. Then the beasts go into dens, and remain in their places.

job 37:9

קָרָֽה	מְּזָרִ֥ים	וּֽמִ	סוּפָ֑ה	תָּבֹ֣וא	הַ֭חֶדֶר	מִן
𐤒𐤓𐤄	𐤌𐤆𐤓𐤉𐤌	𐤅𐤌	𐤎𐤅𐤐𐤄	𐤕􉀑𐤅𐤀	𐤄𐤇𐤃𐤓	𐤌𐤍
qa-ra-ha	ma-za-ra-ym	wma	swpa-ha	tha-ba-wa	ha-cha-da-r	ma-n
qarah	mezariym	wmi	swpah	tabow'	haheder	min
and the cold	the driving north winds.	from	The tempest	comes	its chamber,	from

37-9. Out of the south cometh the whirlwind: and cold out of the north.

job 37:10

בְּמוּצָֽק	מַ֣יִם	וְרֹ֖חַב	קָ֑רַח	יִתֶּן	אֵ֥ל	נִּשְׁמַת	מִ
􉀑𐤌𐤅𐤑𐤒	𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤅𐤓𐤇􉀑	𐤒𐤓𐤇	𐤉𐤕𐤍	𐤀𐤋	𐤍𐤔𐤌𐤕	𐤌
ba-mwsa-qh	ma-ya-m	wa-ra-cha-b	qa-ra-cha	ya-tha-n	aa-l	na-sha-ma-tha	ma
bemwsaq	mayim	werohab	qarah	yiten	'el	nisemat	mi
are frozen.	and the watery	expanses	the ice	is formed	of God	By the breath

37-10. By the breath of God frost is given: and the breadth of the waters is straitened.

job 37:11

אֹורֹֽו	עֲנַ֣ן	יָ֝פִ֗יץ	עָ֑ב	יַטְרִ֣יחַ	בְּ֭רִי	אַף
𐤀𐤅𐤓𐤅	𐤏𐤍𐤍	𐤉𐤐𐤉𐤑	𐤏􉀑	𐤉𐤈𐤓𐤉𐤇	􉀑𐤓𐤉	𐤀𐤐
aa-wra-wa	'ana-n	ya-pa-ytz	'a-b	ya-ta-ra-ycha	ba-ra-ya	aa-ph
'owrow	'anan	yapiys	'ab	yateriyha	beriy	'ap
His lightning	through them.	He scatters	the clouds	He loads	with moisture;

37-11. Also by watering he wearieth the thick cloud: he scattereth his bright cloud:

אֲשֶׁ֥ריְצַוֵּ֓ם

לְפָעֳלָ֑ם

מְסִבֹּ֨ות

וְה֤וּא

37-12. And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

job 37:13

יַמְצִאֵֽהוּ	אִםלְ֝חֶ֗סֶד	אִםלְאַרְצֹ֑ו	אִםלְשֵׁ֥בֶט
𐤉𐤌𐤑𐤀𐤄𐤅	𐤀𐤌𐤋𐤇𐤎𐤃	𐤀𐤌𐤋𐤀𐤓𐤑𐤅	𐤀𐤌𐤋𐤔􉀑𐤈
ya-ma-sa-aa-hwa	aa-mla-cha-sa-d	aa-mla-aa-ra-sa-wa	aa-mla-sha-ba-t
yamesi'ehw	'imlehesed	'imle'aresow	'imlesebet
He accomplishes this	in His loving devotion.	or or for His land,	Whether Whether for punishment

37-13. He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.

job 37:14

אֵֽל	נִפְלְאֹ֬ות	וְהִתְבֹּונֵ֤ן	עֲ֝מֹ֗ד	אִיֹּ֑וב	זֹּ֣את	הַאֲזִ֣ינָה
𐤀𐤋	𐤍𐤐𐤋𐤀𐤅𐤕	𐤅𐤄𐤕􉀑𐤅𐤍𐤍	𐤏𐤌𐤃	𐤀𐤉𐤅􉀑	𐤆𐤀𐤕	𐤄𐤀𐤆𐤉𐤍𐤄
aa-l	na-pa-la-aa-wtha	wa-ha-tha-ba-wna-n	'ama-d	aa-ya-wb	za-atha	ha-aaza-yna-ha
'el	nipele'owt	wehitebownen	'amod	'iyowb	zo't	ha'aziynah
of God.	the wonders	and consider	stand still	Job;	to this,	Listen

37-14. Hearken unto this, O Job: stand still, and consider the wondrous works of God.

job 37:15

עֲנָנֹֽו	אֹ֣ור	וְ֝הֹופִ֗יעַ	עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם	אֱלֹ֣והַּ	בְּשׂוּם	תֵדַע	הֲ֭
𐤏𐤍𐤍𐤅	𐤀𐤅𐤓	𐤅𐤄𐤅𐤐𐤉𐤏	𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤄𐤌	𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄	􉀑𐤔𐤅𐤌	𐤕𐤃𐤏	𐤄
'ana-na-wa	aa-wr	wa-ha-wpa-y'a	'ala-yha-m	au-la-wha	ba-shwm	tha-da-'	ha
'ananow	'owr	wehowpiy'a	'aleyhem	'elowha	beswm	teda'	ha
the clouds	or makes the lightning	flash?		how God	dispatches	Do you know

37-15. Dost thou know when God disposed them, and caused the light of his cloud to shine?

job 37:16

דֵּעִֽים	תְּמִ֣ים	מִ֝פְלְאֹ֗ות	עָ֑ב	מִפְלְשֵׂי	עַל	תֵדַע	הֲ֭
𐤃𐤏𐤉𐤌	𐤕𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤌𐤐𐤋𐤀𐤅𐤕	𐤏􉀑	𐤌𐤐𐤋𐤔𐤉	𐤏𐤋	𐤕𐤃𐤏	𐤄
da-'a-ym	tha-ma-ym	ma-pa-la-aa-wtha	'a-b	ma-pa-la-sha-ya	'a-l	tha-da-'	ha
de'iym	temiym	mipele'owt	'ab	mipelesey	'al	teda'	ha
in knowledge?	of Him who is perfect	those wonders	the clouds	float,	how	Do you understand

37-16. Dost thou know the balancings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him which is perfect in knowledge?

job 37:17

דָּרֹֽום	מִ	אֶ֝֗רֶץ	בְּהַשְׁקִ֥ט	חַמִּ֑ים	אֲשֶׁרבְּגָדֶ֥יךָ
𐤃𐤓𐤅𐤌	𐤌	𐤀𐤓𐤑	􉀑𐤄𐤔𐤒𐤈	𐤇𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤀𐤔𐤓􉀑𐤂𐤃𐤉𐤊
da-ra-wm	ma	aa-ra-tz	ba-ha-sha-qa-t	cha-ma-ym	aasha-rba-ga-da-yka
darowm	mi	'eres	behaseqit	hamiym	'aserbegadeyka
under the south wind,		when the land	lies hushed	get hot	You whose clothes

37-17. How thy garments are warm, when he quieteth the earth by the south wind?

job 37:18

מוּצָֽק	רְאִ֥י	כִּ	חֲ֝זָקִ֗ים	לִשְׁחָקִ֑ים	עִ֭מֹּו	תַּרְקִ֣יעַ
𐤌𐤅𐤑𐤒	𐤓𐤀𐤉	𐤊	𐤇𐤆𐤒𐤉𐤌	𐤋𐤔𐤇𐤒𐤉𐤌	𐤏𐤌𐤅	𐤕𐤓𐤒𐤉𐤏
mwsa-qh	ra-aa-ya	ka	chaza-qa-ym	la-sha-cha-qa-ym	'a-ma-wa	tha-ra-qa-y'a
mwsaq	re'iy	ki	hazaqiym	lisehaqiym	'imow	tareqiy'a
of bronze?	like a mirror		to reflect the heat	the skies	can you, like Him,	spread out

37-18. Hast thou with him spread out the sky, which is strong, and as a molten looking glass?

job 37:19

חֹֽשֶׁךְ	פְּנֵי	מִ	נַ֝עֲרֹ֗ךְ	לֹ֑ולֹ֥א	נֹּ֣אמַר	מַה	הֹ֖ודִיעֵנוּ
𐤇𐤔𐤊	𐤐𐤍𐤉	𐤌	𐤍𐤏𐤓𐤊	𐤋𐤅𐤋𐤀	𐤍𐤀𐤌𐤓	𐤌𐤄	𐤄𐤅𐤃𐤉𐤏𐤍𐤅
cha-sha-ka	pa-na-ya	ma	na-'ara-ka	la-wla-a	na-ama-r	ma-ha	ha-wda-y'a-nwa
hoseke	peney	mi	na'aroke	lowlo'	no'mar	mah	howdiy'enw
are in darkness.	when our faces		draw up our case	to Him; we cannot	we should say	us what	Teach

37-19. Teach us what we shall say unto him; for we cannot order our speech by reason of darkness.

job 37:20

כִּ֣ייְבֻלָּֽע	אִ֝֗ישׁ	אִֽםאָ֥מַר	לֹ֖וכִּ֣יאֲדַבֵּ֑ר	יְסֻפַּר	הַֽ
𐤊𐤉𐤉􉀑𐤋𐤏	𐤀𐤉𐤔	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤌𐤓	𐤋𐤅𐤊𐤉𐤀𐤃􉀑𐤓	𐤉𐤎𐤐𐤓	𐤄
ka-yya-bula-'	aa-ysha	aa-maa-ma-r	la-wka-yaada-ba-r	ya-supa-r	ha
kiyyebula'	'iys	'im'amar	lowkiy'adaber	yesupar	ha
to be swallowed up?	Would a man	ask	that I want to speak?	Should He be told

37-20. Shall it be told him that I speak? if a man speak, surely he shall be swallowed up.

job 37:21

וַֽתְּטַהֲרֵֽם	עָ֝בְרָ֗ה	וְר֥וּחַ	בַּשְּׁחָקִ֑ים	ה֭וּא	בָּהִ֣יר	אֹ֗ור	רָ֤אוּ	לֹ֘א	וְעַתָּ֤ה
𐤅𐤕𐤈𐤄𐤓𐤌	𐤏􉀑𐤓𐤄	𐤅𐤓𐤅𐤇	􉀑𐤔𐤇𐤒𐤉𐤌	𐤄𐤅𐤀	􉀑𐤄𐤉𐤓	𐤀𐤅𐤓	𐤓𐤀𐤅	𐤋𐤀	𐤅𐤏𐤕𐤄
wa-tha-ta-hara-m	'a-ba-ra-ha	wa-rwcha	ba-sha-cha-qa-ym	hwa	ba-ha-yr	aa-wr	ra-awa	la-a	wa-'a-tha-ha
watetaharem	'aberah	werwha	basehaqiym	hw'	bahiyr	'owr	ra'w	lo'	we'atah
them clean.	has swept	after the wind	in the skies	[when] it [is]	bright	at the sun	can gaze	no one	Now

37-21. And now men see not the bright light which is in the clouds: but the wind passeth, and cleanseth them.

job 37:22

הֹֽוד	נֹ֣ורָא	אֱ֝לֹ֗והַּ	עַל	יֶֽאֱתֶ֑ה	זָהָ֣ב	צָּפֹון	מִ֭
𐤄𐤅𐤃	𐤍𐤅𐤓𐤀	𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄	𐤏𐤋	𐤉𐤀𐤕𐤄	𐤆𐤄􉀑	𐤑𐤐𐤅𐤍	𐤌
ha-wd	na-wra-a	au-la-wha	'a-l	ya-au-tha-ha	za-ha-b	sa-pa-wn	ma
howd	nowra'	'elowha	'al	ye'eteh	zahab	sapown	mi
majesty	awesome	Him.	surrounds	He comes	in golden [splendor];	Out of the north

37-22. Fair weather cometh out of the north: with God is terrible majesty.

job 37:23

יְעַנֶּֽה	לֹ֣א	צְ֝דָקָ֗ה	וְרֹב	וּמִשְׁפָּ֥ט	כֹ֑חַ	שַׂגִּיא	מְ֭צָאנֻהוּ	לֹֽא	שַׁדַּ֣י
𐤉𐤏𐤍𐤄	𐤋𐤀	𐤑𐤃𐤒𐤄	𐤅𐤓􉀑	𐤅𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤊𐤇	𐤔𐤂𐤉𐤀	𐤌𐤑𐤀𐤍𐤄𐤅	𐤋𐤀	𐤔𐤃𐤉
ya-'a-na-ha	la-a	sa-da-qa-ha	wa-ra-b	wma-sha-pa-t	ka-cha	sha-ga-ya	ma-sa-anuhwa	la-a	sha-da-ya
ye'aneh	lo'	sedaqah	werob	wmisepat	koha	sagiy'	mesa'nuhw	lo'	saday
oppress.	He does not	righteousness,	and great	In His justice	in power!	He is exalted	our reach;	is beyond	The Almighty

37-23. Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.

job 37:24

לֵֽב	חַכְמֵי	כָּל	יִ֝רְאֶ֗ה	לֹֽא	אֲנָשִׁ֑ים	יְרֵא֣וּהוּ	לָ֭כֵן
𐤋􉀑	𐤇𐤊𐤌𐤉	𐤊𐤋	𐤉𐤓𐤀𐤄	𐤋𐤀	𐤀𐤍𐤔𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤓𐤀𐤅𐤄𐤅	𐤋𐤊𐤍
la-b	cha-ka-ma-ya	ka-l	ya-ra-aa-ha	la-a	aana-sha-ym	ya-ra-awhwa	la-ka-n
leb	hakemey	kal	yire'eh	lo'	'anasiym	yere'whw	laken
in heart.”	wise	to the	partial	for He is not	men	fear Him,	Therefore,

37-24. Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart.
