psa 139:1

וַתֵּדָֽע	חֲ֝קַרְתַּ֗נִי	יְהוָ֥ה	מִזְמֹ֑ור	לְדָוִ֣ד	לַ֭מְנַצֵּחַ
𐤅𐤕𐤃𐤏	𐤇𐤒𐤓𐤕𐤍𐤉	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤌𐤆𐤌𐤅𐤓	𐤋𐤃𐤅𐤃	𐤋𐤌𐤍𐤑𐤇
wateda'	haqaretaniyh	yehwahh	mizemowrh	ledawidh	lamenaseha
wateda'	haqaretaniy	yehwah	mizemowr	ledawid	lamenaseha
and known me.	You have searched me	O LORD,	A Psalm	of David.	For the choirmaster.

139-1. O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.

psa 139:2

רָחֹֽוק	מֵ	לְ֝רֵעִ֗י	בַּ֥נְתָּה	וְקוּמִ֑י	שִׁבְתִּ֣י	יָ֭דַעְתָּ	אַתָּ֣ה
𐤓𐤇𐤅𐤒	𐤌	𐤋𐤓𐤏𐤉	􉀑𐤍𐤕𐤄	𐤅𐤒𐤅𐤌𐤉	𐤔􉀑𐤕𐤉	𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤀𐤕𐤄
rahowqh	me	lere'iyh	banetahh	weqwmiyh	sibetiyh	yada'eta	'atahh
rahowq	me	lere'iy	banetah	weqwmiy	sibetiy	yada'eta	'atah
afar.	from	my thoughts	You understand	and when I rise;	when I sit	know	You

139-2. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.

psa 139:3

הִסְכַּֽנְתָּה	דְּרָכַ֥י	וְֽכָל	זֵרִ֑יתָ	וְרִבְעִ֣י	אָרְחִ֣י
𐤄𐤎𐤊𐤍𐤕𐤄	𐤃𐤓𐤊𐤉	𐤅𐤊𐤋	𐤆𐤓𐤉𐤕	𐤅𐤓􉀑𐤏𐤉	𐤀𐤓𐤇𐤉
hisekanetahh	derakayh	wekalh	zeriyta	weribe'iyh	'arehiyh
hisekanetah	derakay	wekal	zeriyta	weribe'iy	'arehiy
You are aware	my ways.	of all	You search out	and my lying down;	my path

139-3. Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

psa 139:4

כֻלָּֽהּ	יָדַ֥עְתָּ	יְ֝הוָ֗ה	הֵ֥ן	בִּלְשֹׁונִ֑י	מִ֭לָּה	כִּ֤יאֵ֣ין
𐤊𐤋𐤄	𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤄𐤍	􉀑𐤋𐤔𐤅𐤍𐤉	𐤌𐤋𐤄	𐤊𐤉𐤀𐤉𐤍
kulahh	yada'eta	yehwahh	henh	bilesowniyh	milahh	kiy'eynh
kulah	yada'eta	yehwah	hen	bilesowniy	milah	kiy'eyn
all about it,	You know	O LORD.		is on my tongue,	before a word	Even Even

139-4. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.

psa 139:5

כַּפֶּֽכָה	עָלַ֣י	וַתָּ֖שֶׁת	צַרְתָּ֑נִי	וָקֶ֣דֶם	אָחֹ֣ור
𐤊𐤐𐤊𐤄	𐤏𐤋𐤉	𐤅𐤕𐤔𐤕	𐤑𐤓𐤕𐤍𐤉	𐤅𐤒𐤃𐤌	𐤀𐤇𐤅𐤓
kapekahh	'alayh	wataseth	saretaniyh	waqedemh	'ahowrh
kapekah	'alay	wataset	saretaniy	waqedem	'ahowr
Your hand	upon me.	You have laid	You hem me in	and before;	behind

139-5. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.

psa 139:6

א֥וּכַֽל	לֹא	נִ֝שְׂגְּבָ֗ה	מִמֶּ֑נִּי	דַ֣עַת	פְּלִ֣יאָֽה
𐤀𐤅𐤊𐤋	𐤋𐤀	𐤍𐤔𐤂􉀑𐤄	𐤌𐤌𐤍𐤉	𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤐𐤋𐤉𐤀𐤄
'wkalh	lo'	nisegebahh	mimeniyh	da'ath	peliy'ahh
'wkal	lo'	nisegebah	mimeniy	da'at	peliy'ah
for me to attain.		too lofty	for me,	[Such] knowledge	[is] too wonderful

139-6. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

psa 139:7

אֶבְרָֽח	פָּנֶ֥יךָ	מִ	וְ֝אָ֗נָה	רוּחֶ֑ךָ	מֵ	אֵלֵ֣ךְ	לָֽהּאָ֭נָ֥ה
𐤀􉀑𐤓𐤇	𐤐𐤍𐤉𐤊	𐤌	𐤅𐤀𐤍𐤄	𐤓𐤅𐤇𐤊	𐤌	𐤀𐤋𐤊	𐤋𐤄𐤀𐤍𐤄
'eberahh	paneyka	mi	we'anahh	rwheka	me	'eleke	lah'anahh
'eberah	paneyka	mi	we'anah	rwheka	me	'eleke	lah'anah
can I flee	Your presence?	from	Where	to escape Your Spirit?		can I go	Where

139-7. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

psa 139:8

הִנֶּֽךָּ	שְּׁאֹ֣ול	וְאַצִּ֖יעָה	אָ֑תָּה	שָׁ֣ם	שָׁ֭מַיִם	אִםאֶסַּ֣ק
𐤄𐤍𐤊	𐤔𐤀𐤅𐤋	𐤅𐤀𐤑𐤉𐤏𐤄	𐤀𐤕𐤄	𐤔𐤌	𐤔𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤎𐤒
hineka	se'owlh	we'asiy'ahh	'atahh	samh	samayimh	'im'esaqh
hineka	se'owl	we'asiy'ah	'atah	sam	samayim	'im'esaq
You are there.	in Sheol,	if I make my bed	You	are there;	to the heavens,	If I ascend

139-8. If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

psa 139:9

יָֽם	בְּאַחֲרִ֥ית	אֶ֝שְׁכְּנָ֗ה	שָׁ֑חַר	כַנְפֵי	אֶשָּׂ֥א
𐤉𐤌	􉀑𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤕	𐤀𐤔𐤊𐤍𐤄	𐤔𐤇𐤓	𐤊𐤍𐤐𐤉	𐤀𐤔𐤀
yamh	be'ahariyth	'esekenahh	saharh	kanepeyh	'esa'
yam	be'ahariyt	'esekenah	sahar	kanepey	'esa'
sea,	by the farthest	if I settle	of the dawn,	the wings	If I rise on

139-9. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

psa 139:10

יְמִינֶֽךָ	וְֽתֹאחֲזֵ֥נִי	תַנְחֵ֑נִי	יָדְךָ֣	שָׁ֭ם	גַּם
𐤉𐤌𐤉𐤍𐤊	𐤅𐤕𐤀𐤇𐤆𐤍𐤉	𐤕𐤍𐤇𐤍𐤉	𐤉𐤃𐤊	𐤔𐤌	𐤂𐤌
yemiyneka	weto'hazeniyh	taneheniyh	yadeka	samh	gamh
yemiyneka	weto'hazeniy	taneheniy	yadeka	sam	gam
Your right hand	will hold me fast.	will guide me;	Your hand	there	even

139-10. Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

psa 139:11

בַּעֲדֵֽנִי	אֹ֣ור	וְ֝לַ֗יְלָה	יְשׁוּפֵ֑נִי	חֹ֣שֶׁךְ	אַךְ	וָ֭אֹמַר
􉀑𐤏𐤃𐤍𐤉	𐤀𐤅𐤓	𐤅𐤋𐤉𐤋𐤄	𐤉𐤔𐤅𐤐𐤍𐤉	𐤇𐤔𐤊	𐤀𐤊	𐤅𐤀𐤌𐤓
ba'adeniyh	'owrh	welayelahh	yeswpeniyh	hoseke	'ake	wa'omarh
ba'adeniy	'owr	welayelah	yeswpeniy	hoseke	'ake	wa'omar
around me”—	and the light	become night	will hide me,	the darkness	“Surely	If I say,

139-11. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

כַּ֝חֲשֵׁיכָ֗ה

יָאִ֑יר

וְ֭לַיְלָה

מִ֫מֶּ֥ךָ

יַחְשִׁ֪יךְ

139-12. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.

psa 139:13

אִמִּֽי	בְּבֶ֣טֶן	תְּ֝סֻכֵּ֗נִי	כִלְיֹתָ֑י	קָנִ֣יתָ	כִּֽיאַ֭תָּה
𐤀𐤌𐤉	􉀑􉀑𐤈𐤍	𐤕𐤎𐤊𐤍𐤉	𐤊𐤋𐤉𐤕𐤉	𐤒𐤍𐤉𐤕	𐤊𐤉𐤀𐤕𐤄
'imiyh	bebetenh	tesukeniyh	kileyotayh	qaniyta	kiy'atahh
'imiy	bebeten	tesukeniy	kileyotay	qaniyta	kiy'atah
in my mother’s	womb.	You knit me together	my inmost being;	formed	For You

139-13. For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

psa 139:14

מְאֹֽד	יֹדַ֥עַת	וְ֝נַפְשִׁ֗י	מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ	נִפְלָאִ֥ים	נִ֫פְלֵ֥יתִי	כִּ֥ינֹורָאֹ֗ות	עַ֤ל	אֹֽודְךָ֗
𐤌𐤀𐤃	𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤅𐤍𐤐𐤔𐤉	𐤌𐤏𐤔𐤉𐤊	𐤍𐤐𐤋𐤀𐤉𐤌	𐤍𐤐𐤋𐤉𐤕𐤉	𐤊𐤉𐤍𐤅𐤓𐤀𐤅𐤕	𐤏𐤋	𐤀𐤅𐤃𐤊
me'odh	yoda'ath	wenapesiyh	ma'aseyka	nipela'iymh	nipeleytiyh	kiynowra'owth	'alh	'owdeka
me'od	yoda'at	wenapesiy	ma'aseyka	nipela'iym	nipeleytiy	kiynowra'owt	'al	'owdeka
very well.	know this	and I	[are] Your works,	Marvelous	and wonderfully made.	for I am fearfully	You,	I will praise

139-14. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

psa 139:15

אָֽרֶץ	בְּֽתַחְתִּיֹּ֥ות	רֻ֝קַּ֗מְתִּי	בַסֵּ֑תֶר	אֲשֶׁרעֻשֵּׂ֥יתִי	מִ֫מֶּ֥ךָּ	עָצְמִ֗י	נִכְחַ֥ד	לֹא
𐤀𐤓𐤑	􉀑𐤕𐤇𐤕𐤉𐤅𐤕	𐤓𐤒𐤌𐤕𐤉	􉀑𐤎𐤕𐤓	𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤏𐤔𐤉𐤕𐤉	𐤌𐤌𐤊	𐤏𐤑𐤌𐤉	𐤍𐤊𐤇𐤃	𐤋𐤀
'aresh	betahetiyowth	ruqametiyh	baseterh	'aser'useytiyh	mimeka	'asemiyh	nikehadh	lo'
'ares	betahetiyowt	ruqametiy	baseter	'aser'useytiy	mimeka	'asemiy	nikehad	lo'
of the earth.	in the depths	when I was woven together	in secret,	when I was made	from You	My frame	hidden	was not

139-15. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

psa 139:16

וְלֹ֖ואֶחָ֣ד	יֻצָּ֑רוּ	יָמִ֥ים	יִכָּ֫תֵ֥בוּ	כֻּלָּ֪ם	סִפְרְךָ֮	וְעַֽל	עֵינֶ֗יךָ	רָ֘א֤וּ	גָּלְמִ֤י
𐤅𐤋𐤅𐤀𐤇𐤃	𐤉𐤑𐤓𐤅	𐤉𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤊𐤕􉀑𐤅	𐤊𐤋𐤌	𐤎𐤐𐤓𐤊	𐤅𐤏𐤋	𐤏𐤉𐤍𐤉𐤊	𐤓𐤀𐤅	𐤂𐤋𐤌𐤉
welow'ehadh	yusarwh	yamiymh	yikatebwh	kulamh	sipereka	we'alh	'eyneyka	ra'wh	galemiyh
welow'ehad	yusarw	yamiym	yikatebw	kulam	sipereka	we'al	'eyneyka	ra'w	galemiy
before one of them came to be.	and ordained for me	my days	were written	all	Your book	in	Your eyes	saw	my unformed body;

139-16. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

psa 139:17

רָאשֵׁיהֶֽם	עָ֝צְמוּ	מֶ֥ה	אֵ֑ל	רֵעֶ֣יךָ	יָּקְר֣וּ	בָּהֶֽםוְלִ֗ימַה
𐤓𐤀𐤔𐤉𐤄𐤌	𐤏𐤑𐤌𐤅	𐤌𐤄	𐤀𐤋	𐤓𐤏𐤉𐤊	𐤉𐤒𐤓𐤅	􉀑𐤄𐤌𐤅𐤋𐤉𐤌𐤄
ra'seyhemh	'asemwh	mehh	'elh	re'eyka	yaqerwh	bahemweliymahh
ra'seyhem	'asemw	meh	'el	re'eyka	yaqerw	bahemweliymah
is their sum!	vast	how	O God,	are Your thoughts,	precious to me	How

139-17. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!

psa 139:18

עִמָּֽךְ	וְעֹודִ֥י	הֱ֝קִיצֹ֗תִי	יִרְבּ֑וּן	חֹ֣ול	מֵ	אֶ֭סְפְּרֵם
𐤏𐤌𐤊	𐤅𐤏𐤅𐤃𐤉	𐤄𐤒𐤉𐤑𐤕𐤉	𐤉𐤓􉀑𐤅𐤍	𐤇𐤅𐤋	𐤌	𐤀𐤎𐤐𐤓𐤌
'imake	we'owdiyh	heqiysotiyh	yirebwnh	howlh	me	'eseperemh
'imake	we'owdiy	heqiysotiy	yirebwn	howl	me	'eseperem
with You.	I am still	when I awake,	they would outnumber	the grains of sand;		[If] I were to count them,

139-18. If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.

psa 139:19

מֶֽנִּי	ס֣וּרוּ	דָ֝מִ֗ים	וְאַנְשֵׁ֥י	רָשָׁ֑ע	אֱלֹ֥והַּ	אִםתִּקְטֹ֖ל
𐤌𐤍𐤉	𐤎𐤅𐤓𐤅	𐤃𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤅𐤀𐤍𐤔𐤉	𐤓𐤔𐤏	𐤀𐤋𐤅𐤄	𐤀𐤌𐤕𐤒𐤈𐤋
meniyh	swrwh	damiymh	we'aneseyh	rasa'	'elowha	'imtiqetolh
meniy	swrw	damiym	we'anesey	rasa'	'elowha	'imtiqetol
from me,	away	you bloodthirsty	men—	the wicked—	God,	O that You would slay

139-19. Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.

psa 139:20

עָרֶֽיךָ	לַשָּׁ֣וְא	נָשֻׂ֖א	לִמְזִמָּ֑ה	אֲשֶׁ֣ריֹ֭אמְרֻךָ
𐤏𐤓𐤉𐤊	𐤋𐤔𐤅𐤀	𐤍𐤔𐤀	𐤋𐤌𐤆𐤌𐤄	𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤉𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤊
'areyka	lasawe'	nasu'	limezimahh	'aseryo'meruka
'areyka	lasawe'	nasu'	limezimah	'aseryo'meruka
Your enemies	[Your name] in vain.	take	with deceit;	who invoke You

139-20. For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.

psa 139:21

אֶתְקֹוטָֽט	וּ֝בִתְקֹומְמֶ֗יךָ	אֶשְׂנָ֑א	יְהוָ֥ה	מְשַׂנְאֶ֖יךָ	לֹֽוא	הֲ
𐤀𐤕𐤒𐤅𐤈𐤈	𐤅􉀑𐤕𐤒𐤅𐤌𐤌𐤉𐤊	𐤀𐤔𐤍𐤀	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤌𐤔𐤍𐤀𐤉𐤊	𐤋𐤅𐤀	𐤄
'eteqowtath	wbiteqowmemeyka	'esena'	yehwahh	mesane'eyka	low'	ha
'eteqowtat	wbiteqowmemeyka	'esena'	yehwah	mesane'eyka	low'	ha
and detest	those who rise against You?	those who hate You,	O LORD,	hate	Do I not

139-21. Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?

psa 139:22

הָ֣יוּ	לְ֝אֹויְבִ֗ים	שְׂנֵאתִ֑ים	שִׂנְאָ֣ה	תַּכְלִ֣ית
𐤄𐤉𐤅	𐤋𐤀𐤅𐤉􉀑𐤉𐤌	𐤔𐤍𐤀𐤕𐤉𐤌	𐤔𐤍𐤀𐤄	𐤕𐤊𐤋𐤉𐤕
haywh	le'owyebiymh	sene'tiymh	sine'ahh	takeliyth
hayw	le'owyebiym	sene'tiym	sine'ah	takeliyt
I count them	as my enemies.	I hate	hatred;	them with perfect

139-22. I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

psa 139:23

שַׂרְעַפָּֽי	וְדַ֣ע	בְּ֝חָנֵ֗נִי	לְבָבִ֑י	וְדַ֣ע	אֵ֭ל	לִֽיחָקְרֵ֣נִי
𐤔𐤓𐤏𐤐𐤉	𐤅𐤃𐤏	􉀑𐤇𐤍𐤍𐤉	𐤋􉀑􉀑𐤉	𐤅𐤃𐤏	𐤀𐤋	𐤋𐤉𐤇𐤒𐤓𐤍𐤉
sare'apayh	weda'	behaneniyh	lebabiyh	weda'	'elh	liyhaqereniyh
sare'apay	weda'	behaneniy	lebabiy	weda'	'el	liyhaqereniy
my concerns.	me and know	test	my heart;	and know	O God,	Search me,

139-23. Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:

psa 139:24

עֹולָֽם	בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ	בִּ֑יוּ֝נְחֵ֗נִי	עֹ֥צֶב	אִםדֶּֽרֶךְ	וּרְאֵ֗ה
𐤏𐤅𐤋𐤌	􉀑𐤃𐤓𐤊	􉀑𐤉𐤅𐤍𐤇𐤍𐤉	𐤏𐤑􉀑	𐤀𐤌𐤃𐤓𐤊	𐤅𐤓𐤀𐤄
'owlamh	bedereke	biywneheniyh	'osebh	'imdereke	wre'ehh
'owlam	bedereke	biywneheniy	'oseb	'imdereke	wre'eh
everlasting.	in the way	in me; in me; lead me	there is any offensive	if way	See

139-24. And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
