9-1. I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.

psa 9:2

עֶלְיֹֽון	שִׁמְךָ֣	בָ֑ךְאֲזַמְּרָ֖ה	וְאֶעֶלְצָ֣ה	אֶשְׂמְחָ֣ה
𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤔𐤌𐤊	􉀑𐤊𐤀𐤆𐤌𐤓𐤄	𐤅𐤀𐤏𐤋𐤑𐤄	𐤀𐤔𐤌𐤇𐤄
'a-la-ya-wn	sha-ma-ka	ba-ka-aaza-ma-ra-ha	wa-aa-'a-la-sa-ha	aa-sha-ma-cha-ha
'eleyown	simeka	bake'azamerah	we'e'elesah	'esemehah
O Most High.	to Your name,	I will sing praise	and rejoice in You;	I will be glad

9-2. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.

פָּנֶֽיךָ	מִ	וְ֝יֹאבְד֗וּ	יִכָּשְׁל֥וּ	אָחֹ֑ור	אֹויְבַ֥י	בְּשׁוּב
𐤐𐤍𐤉𐤊	𐤌	𐤅𐤉𐤀􉀑𐤃𐤅	𐤉𐤊𐤔𐤋𐤅	𐤀𐤇𐤅𐤓	𐤀𐤅𐤉􉀑𐤉	􉀑𐤔𐤅􉀑
pa-na-yka	ma	wa-ya-aba-dwa	ya-ka-sha-lwa	aa-cha-wr	aa-wya-ba-ya	ba-shwb
paneyka	mi	weyo'bedw	yikaselw	'ahowr	'owyebay	beswb
before You.		and perish	they stumble		When my enemies	retreat,

9-3. When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

צֶֽדֶק	שֹׁופֵ֥ט	לְ֝כִסֵּ֗א	יָשַׁ֥בְתָּ	וְדִינִ֑י	מִשְׁפָּטִ֣י	כִּֽיעָ֭שִׂיתָ
𐤑𐤃𐤒	𐤔𐤅𐤐𐤈	𐤋𐤊𐤎𐤀	𐤉𐤔􉀑𐤕	𐤅𐤃𐤉𐤍𐤉	𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈𐤉	𐤊𐤉𐤏𐤔𐤉𐤕
sa-da-qh	sha-wpa-t	la-ka-sa-a	ya-sha-ba-tha	wa-da-yna-ya	ma-sha-pa-ta-ya	ka-y'a-sha-ytha
sedeq	sowpet	lekise'	yasabeta	wediyniy	misepatiy	kiy'asiyta
righteously.	judging	on Your throne	You sit	cause;	my just	For You have upheld

9-4. For thou hast maintained my right and my cause; thou satest in the throne judging right.

psa 9:5

וָעֶֽד	לְעֹולָ֥ם	מָ֝חִ֗יתָ	שְׁמָ֥ם	רָשָׁ֑ע	אִבַּ֣דְתָּ	גֹ֭ויִם	גָּעַ֣רְתָּ
𐤅𐤏𐤃	𐤋𐤏𐤅𐤋𐤌	𐤌𐤇𐤉𐤕	𐤔𐤌𐤌	𐤓𐤔𐤏	𐤀􉀑𐤃𐤕	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤂𐤏𐤓𐤕
wa-'a-d	la-'a-wla-m	ma-cha-ytha	sha-ma-m	ra-sha-'	aa-ba-da-tha	ga-wya-m	ga-'a-ra-tha
wa'ed	le'owlam	mahiyta	semam	rasa'	'ibadeta	gowyim	ga'areta
and ever.	forever	You have erased	their name	the wicked;	You have destroyed	the nations;	You have rebuked

9-5. Thou hast rebuked the heathen, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.

psa 9:6

הֵֽמָּה	זִכְרָ֣ם	אָבַ֖ד	נָתַ֑שְׁתָּ	וְעָרִ֥ים	לָ֫נֶ֥צַח	חֳרָבֹ֗ות	תַּ֥מּוּ	הָֽאֹויֵ֨ב
𐤄𐤌𐤄	𐤆𐤊𐤓𐤌	𐤀􉀑𐤃	𐤍𐤕𐤔𐤕	𐤅𐤏𐤓𐤉𐤌	𐤋𐤍𐤑𐤇	𐤇𐤓􉀑𐤅𐤕	𐤕𐤌𐤅	𐤄𐤀𐤅𐤉􉀑
ha-ma-ha	za-ka-ra-m	aa-ba-d	na-tha-sha-tha	wa-'a-ra-ym	la-na-sa-cha	chora-ba-wtha	tha-mwa	ha-aa-wya-b
hemah	zikeram	'abad	nataseta	we'ariym	lanesah	horabowt	tamw	ha'owyeb
of them	the very memory	has vanished.	and You have uprooted	their cities;	has come to eternal	ruin,		The enemy

9-6. O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and thou hast destroyed cities; their memorial is perished with them.

psa 9:7

כִּסְאֹֽו	לַמִּשְׁפָּ֣ט	כֹּונֵ֖ן	יֵשֵׁ֑ב	לְעֹולָ֣ם	וַֽ֭יהוָה
𐤊𐤎𐤀𐤅	𐤋𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤊𐤅𐤍𐤍	𐤉𐤔􉀑	𐤋𐤏𐤅𐤋𐤌	𐤅𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄
ka-sa-aa-wa	la-ma-sha-pa-t	ka-wna-n	ya-sha-b	la-'a-wla-m	wa-yhwa-ha
kise'ow	lamisepat	kownen	yeseb	le'owlam	wayhwah
His throne	for judgment.	He has established	abides	forever;	But the LORD

9-7. But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.

psa 9:8

בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים	לְ֝אֻמִּ֗ים	יָדִ֥ין	בְּצֶ֑דֶק	תֵּבֵ֥ל	יִשְׁפֹּֽט	וְה֗וּא
􉀑𐤌𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤉𐤌	𐤋𐤀𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤃𐤉𐤍	􉀑𐤑𐤃𐤒	𐤕􉀑𐤋	𐤉𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤅𐤄𐤅𐤀
ba-ma-ysha-ra-ym	la-auma-ym	ya-da-yn	ba-sa-da-qh	tha-ba-l	ya-sha-pa-t	wa-hwa
bemeysariym	le'umiym	yadiyn	besedeq	tebel	yisepot	wehw'
with equity.	the people	He will govern	with justice;	the world	judges	He

9-8. And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.

psa 9:9

בַּצָּרָֽה	לְעִתֹּ֥ות	מִ֝שְׂגָּ֗ב	לַדָּ֑ךְ	מִשְׂגָּ֣ב	יְהוָ֣ה	וִ֘יהִ֤י
􉀑𐤑𐤓𐤄	𐤋𐤏𐤕𐤅𐤕	𐤌𐤔𐤂􉀑	𐤋𐤃𐤊	𐤌𐤔𐤂􉀑	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤅𐤉𐤄𐤉
ba-sa-ra-ha	la-'a-tha-wtha	ma-sha-ga-b	la-da-ka	ma-sha-ga-b	ya-hwa-ha	wa-yha-ya
basarah	le'itowt	misegab	ladake	misegab	yehwah	wiyhiy
of trouble.	in times	a stronghold	for the oppressed,	a refuge	The LORD	is

9-9. The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

psa 9:10

יְהוָֽה	דֹרְשֶׁ֣יךָ	עָזַ֖בְתָּ	כִּ֤ילֹֽא	שְׁמֶ֑ךָ	בְ֭ךָיֹודְעֵ֣י	וְיִבְטְח֣וּ
𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤃𐤓𐤔𐤉𐤊	𐤏𐤆􉀑𐤕	𐤊𐤉𐤋𐤀	𐤔𐤌𐤊	􉀑𐤊𐤉𐤅𐤃𐤏𐤉	𐤅𐤉􉀑𐤈𐤇𐤅
ya-hwa-ha	da-ra-sha-yka	'a-za-ba-tha	ka-yla-a	sha-ma-ka	ba-ka-ya-wda-'a-ya	wa-ya-ba-ta-chwa
yehwah	doreseyka	'azabeta	kiylo'	semeka	bekayowde'ey	weyibetehw
You, O LORD,	those who seek You.	abandoned	for have not	Your name	in You, Those who know	will trust

9-10. And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.

psa 9:11

עֲלִֽילֹותָֽיו	בָ֝עַמִּ֗ים	הַגִּ֥ידוּ	צִיֹּ֑ון	יֹשֵׁ֣ב	לַ֭יהוָה	זַמְּר֗וּ
𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤋𐤅𐤕𐤉𐤅	􉀑𐤏𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤄𐤂𐤉𐤃𐤅	𐤑𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤉𐤔􉀑	𐤋𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤆𐤌𐤓𐤅
'ala-yla-wtha-ywa	ba-'a-ma-ym	ha-ga-ydwa	sa-ya-wn	ya-sha-b	la-yhwa-ha	za-ma-rwa
'aliylowtayw	ba'amiym	hagiydw	siyown	yoseb	layhwah	zamerw
His deeds	among the nations.	proclaim	in Zion;	who dwells	to the LORD,	Sing praises

9-11. Sing praises to the LORD, which dwelleth in Zion: declare among the people his doings.

psa 9:12

עֲנָוִֽים	צַעֲקַ֥ת	שָׁ֝כַ֗ח	לֹֽא	זָכָ֑ר	אֹותָ֣ם	דָּ֭מִים	כִּֽידֹרֵ֣שׁ
𐤏𐤍𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤑𐤏𐤒𐤕	𐤔𐤊𐤇	𐤋𐤀	𐤆𐤊𐤓	𐤀𐤅𐤕𐤌	𐤃𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤊𐤉𐤃𐤓𐤔
'ana-wa-ym	sa-'aqa-tha	sha-ka-cha	la-a	za-ka-r	aa-wtha-m	da-ma-ym	ka-yda-ra-sha
'anawiym	sa'aqat	sakah	lo'	zakar	'owtam	damiym	kiydores
of the afflicted.	the cry	He does not ignore		remembers;		of bloodshed	For the Avenger

9-12. When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.

psa 9:13

מָֽוֶת	שַּׁ֥עֲרֵי	מִ	מְ֝רֹומְמִ֗י	שֹּׂנְאָ֑י	מִ	עָ֭נְיִי	רְאֵ֣ה	יְהוָ֗ה	חָֽנְנֵ֬נִי
𐤌𐤅𐤕	𐤔𐤏𐤓𐤉	𐤌	𐤌𐤓𐤅𐤌𐤌𐤉	𐤔𐤍𐤀𐤉	𐤌	𐤏𐤍𐤉𐤉	𐤓𐤀𐤄	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤇𐤍𐤍𐤍𐤉
ma-wa-tha	sha-'ara-ya	ma	ma-ra-wma-ma-ya	sha-na-aa-ya	ma	'a-na-ya-ya	ra-aa-ha	ya-hwa-ha	cha-na-na-na-ya
mawet	sa'arey	mi	merowmemiy	sone'ay	mi	'aneyiy	re'eh	yehwah	haneneniy
of death,	the gates	from	Snatch me	how my enemies		afflict me!	see	O LORD;	Be merciful to me,

9-13. Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

בִּישׁוּעָתֶֽךָ	אָ֝גִ֗ילָה	צִיֹּ֑ון	בַת	בְּשַֽׁעֲרֵ֥י	תְּהִלָּ֫תֶ֥יךָ	כָּֽל	לְמַ֥עַןאֲסַפְּרָ֗ה
􉀑𐤉𐤔𐤅𐤏𐤕𐤊	𐤀𐤂𐤉𐤋𐤄	𐤑𐤉𐤅𐤍	􉀑𐤕	􉀑𐤔𐤏𐤓𐤉	𐤕𐤄𐤋𐤕𐤉𐤊	𐤊𐤋	𐤋𐤌𐤏𐤍𐤀𐤎𐤐𐤓𐤄
ba-yshw'a-tha-ka	aa-ga-yla-ha	sa-ya-wn	ba-tha	ba-sha-'ara-ya	tha-ha-la-tha-yka	ka-l	la-ma-'a-naasa-pa-ra-ha
biysw'ateka	'agiylah	siyown	bat	besa'arey	tehilateyka	kal	lema'an'asaperah
in Your salvation.	I may rejoice	Zion	of Daughter	that within the gates	Your praises—	all	that I may declare

9-14. That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation.

רַגְלָֽם	נִלְכְּדָ֥ה	ז֥וּטָ֝מָ֗נוּ	בְּרֶֽשֶׁת	עָשׂ֑וּ	בְּשַׁ֣חַת	גֹ֭ויִם	טָבְע֣וּ
𐤓𐤂𐤋𐤌	𐤍𐤋𐤊𐤃𐤄	𐤆𐤅𐤈𐤌𐤍𐤅	􉀑𐤓𐤔𐤕	𐤏𐤔𐤅	􉀑𐤔𐤇𐤕	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤈􉀑𐤏𐤅
ra-ga-la-m	na-la-ka-da-ha	zwta-ma-nwa	ba-ra-sha-tha	'a-shwa	ba-sha-cha-tha	ga-wya-m	ta-ba-'wa
ragelam	nilekedah	zwtamanw	bereset	'asw	besahat	gowyim	tabe'w
their feet	are snared	they have hidden.	in the net	of their making;	into a pit	The nations	have fallen

9-15. The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

psa 9:16

סֶֽלָה	הִגָּיֹ֥ון	רָשָׁ֑ע	נֹוקֵ֣שׁ	כַּ֭פָּיו	בְּפֹ֣עַל	עָ֫שָׂ֥ה	מִשְׁפָּ֪ט	יְהוָה֮	נֹ֤ודַ֨ע
𐤎𐤋𐤄	𐤄𐤂𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤓𐤔𐤏	𐤍𐤅𐤒𐤔	𐤊𐤐𐤉𐤅	􉀑𐤐𐤏𐤋	𐤏𐤔𐤄	𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤍𐤅𐤃𐤏
sa-la-ha	ha-ga-ya-wn	ra-sha-'	na-wqa-sha	ka-pa-ywa	ba-pa-'a-l	'a-sha-ha	ma-sha-pa-t	ya-hwa-ha	na-wda-'
selah	higayown	rasa'	nowqes	kapayw	bepo'al	'asah	misepat	yehwah	nowda'
Selah	Higgaion	the wicked	are ensnared	of their hands.	by the work	He brings;	by the justice	The LORD	is known

9-16. The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

אֱלֹהִֽים	שְׁכֵחֵ֥י	גֹּ֝ויִ֗ם	כָּל	לִשְׁאֹ֑ולָה	רְשָׁעִ֣ים	יָשׁ֣וּבוּ
𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤌	𐤔𐤊𐤇𐤉	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤊𐤋	𐤋𐤔𐤀𐤅𐤋𐤄	𐤓𐤔𐤏𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤔𐤅􉀑𐤅
au-la-ha-ym	sha-ka-cha-ya	ga-wya-m	ka-l	la-sha-aa-wla-ha	ra-sha-'a-ym	ya-shwbwa
'elohiym	sekehey	gowyim	kal	lise'owlah	resa'iym	yaswbw
God.	who forget	the nations	all	to Sheol—	The wicked	will return

9-17. The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

לָעַֽד	תֹּאבַ֥ד	עֲ֝נִיִּ֗ים	תִּקְוַ֥ת	אֶבְיֹ֑ון	יִשָּׁכַ֣ח	לָ֭נֶצַח	כִּ֤ילֹ֣א
𐤋𐤏𐤃	𐤕𐤀􉀑𐤃	𐤏𐤍𐤉𐤉𐤌	𐤕𐤒𐤅𐤕	𐤀􉀑𐤉𐤅𐤍	𐤉𐤔𐤊𐤇	𐤋𐤍𐤑𐤇	𐤊𐤉𐤋𐤀
la-'a-d	tha-aba-d	'ana-ya-ym	tha-qa-wa-tha	aa-ba-ya-wn	ya-sha-ka-cha	la-na-sa-cha	ka-yla-a
la'ad	to'bad	'aniyiym	tiqewat	'ebeyown	yisakah	lanesah	kiylo'
forever	dashed.	of the oppressed	nor the hope	the needy	be forgotten;	always	For {will} not

9-18. For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.

פָּנֶֽיךָ	עַל	גֹ֝ויִ֗ם	יִשָּׁפְט֥וּ	אֱנֹ֑ושׁ	יָעֹ֣ז	אַל	יְ֭הוָה	קוּמָ֣ה
𐤐𐤍𐤉𐤊	𐤏𐤋	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤔𐤐𐤈𐤅	𐤀𐤍𐤅𐤔	𐤉𐤏𐤆	𐤀𐤋	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤒𐤅𐤌𐤄
pa-na-yka	'a-l	ga-wya-m	ya-sha-pa-twa	au-na-wsha	ya-'a-z	aa-l	ya-hwa-ha	qwma-ha
paneyka	'al	gowyim	yisapetw	'enows	ya'oz	'al	yehwah	qwmah
Your presence.	in	let the nations	be judged	man	prevail;	let not	O LORD,	Rise up,

9-19. Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.

סֶּֽלָה	הֵ֣מָּה	אֱנֹ֖ושׁ	גֹויִ֑ם	לָ֫הֶ֥םיֵדְע֥וּ	מֹורָ֗ה	יְהוָ֨ה	שִׁ֘יתָ֤ה
𐤎𐤋𐤄	𐤄𐤌𐤄	𐤀𐤍𐤅𐤔	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤋𐤄𐤌𐤉𐤃𐤏𐤅	𐤌𐤅𐤓𐤄	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤔𐤉𐤕𐤄
sa-la-ha	ha-ma-ha	au-na-wsha	ga-wya-m	la-ha-mya-da-'wa	ma-wra-ha	ya-hwa-ha	sha-ytha-ha
selah	hemah	'enows	gowyim	lahemyede'w	mowrah	yehwah	siytah
Selah		are but men.	let the nations	they know	terror	upon them, [O LORD];	Lay

9-20. Put them in fear, O LORD: that the nations may know themselves to be but men. Selah.
