הֹופִֽיַע	נְקָמֹ֣ות	אֵ֖ל	יְהוָ֑ה	נְקָמֹ֥ות	אֵל
𐤄𐤅𐤐𐤉𐤏	𐤍𐤒𐤌𐤅𐤕	𐤀𐤋	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤍𐤒𐤌𐤅𐤕	𐤀𐤋
ha-wpa-ya-'	na-qa-ma-wtha	aa-l	ya-hwa-ha	na-qa-ma-wtha	aa-l
howpiya'	neqamowt	'el	yehwah	neqamowt	'el
shine forth.	of vengeance,	O God	O LORD,	of vengeance,	God

94-1. O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.

psa 94:2

גֵּאִֽים	עַל	גְּ֝מ֗וּל	הָשֵׁ֥ב	הָאָ֑רֶץ	שֹׁפֵ֣ט	הִ֭נָּשֵׂא
𐤂𐤀𐤉𐤌	𐤏𐤋	𐤂𐤌𐤅𐤋	𐤄𐤔􉀑	𐤄𐤀𐤓𐤑	𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤄𐤍𐤔𐤀
ga-aa-ym	'a-l	ga-mwl	ha-sha-b	ha-aa-ra-tz	sha-pa-t	ha-na-sha-a
ge'iym	'al	gemwl	haseb	ha'ares	sopet	hinase'
the proud.	to	a reward	render	of the earth;	O Judge	Rise up,

94-2. Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.

psa 94:3

יַעֲלֹֽזוּ	רְשָׁעִ֥ים	מָ֝תַ֗י	עַד	יְהוָ֑ה	רְשָׁעִ֥ים	מָתַ֖י	עַד
𐤉𐤏𐤋𐤆𐤅	𐤓𐤔𐤏𐤉𐤌	𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤏𐤃	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤓𐤔𐤏𐤉𐤌	𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤏𐤃
ya-'ala-zwa	ra-sha-'a-ym	ma-tha-ya	'a-d	ya-hwa-ha	ra-sha-'a-ym	ma-tha-ya	'a-d
ya'alozw	resa'iym	matay	'ad	yehwah	resa'iym	matay	'ad
exult?	will the wicked		how long	O LORD,	will the wicked,		How long

94-3. LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?

psa 94:4

אָֽוֶן	פֹּ֥עֲלֵי	כָּל	יִֽ֝תְאַמְּר֗וּ	עָתָ֑ק	יְדַבְּר֣וּ	יַבִּ֣יעוּ
𐤀𐤅𐤍	𐤐𐤏𐤋𐤉	𐤊𐤋	𐤉𐤕𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤅	𐤏𐤕𐤒	𐤉𐤃􉀑𐤓𐤅	𐤉􉀑𐤉𐤏𐤅
aa-wa-n	pa-'ala-ya	ka-l	ya-tha-aa-ma-rwa	'a-tha-qh	ya-da-ba-rwa	ya-ba-y'wa
'awen	po'aley	kal	yite'amerw	'ataq	yedaberw	yabiy'w
of iniquity	workers	all	boast.	arrogant	words;	They pour out

94-4. How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?

psa 94:5

יְעַנּֽוּ	וְֽנַחֲלָתְךָ֥	יְדַכְּא֑וּ	יְהוָ֣ה	עַמְּךָ֣
𐤉𐤏𐤍𐤅	𐤅𐤍𐤇𐤋𐤕𐤊	𐤉𐤃𐤊𐤀𐤅	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤏𐤌𐤊
ya-'a-nwa	wa-na-chala-tha-ka	ya-da-ka-awa	ya-hwa-ha	'a-ma-ka
ye'anw	wenahalateka	yedake'w	yehwah	'ameka
they oppress	Your heritage.	They crush	O LORD;	Your people,

94-5. They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.

psa 94:6

יְרַצֵּֽחוּ	וִֽיתֹומִ֣ים	יַהֲרֹ֑גוּ	וְגֵ֣ר	אַ֭לְמָנָה
𐤉𐤓𐤑𐤇𐤅	𐤅𐤉𐤕𐤅𐤌𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤄𐤓𐤂𐤅	𐤅𐤂𐤓	𐤀𐤋𐤌𐤍𐤄
ya-ra-sa-chwa	wa-ytha-wma-ym	ya-hara-gwa	wa-ga-r	aa-la-ma-na-ha
yerasehw	wiytowmiym	yaharogw	weger	'alemanah
they murder	the fatherless.	They kill	and the foreigner;	the widow

94-6. They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.

psa 94:7

יַעֲקֹֽב	אֱלֹהֵ֥י	יָ֝בִ֗ין	וְלֹא	יָּ֑הּ	יִרְאֶה	לֹ֣א	וַ֭יֹּ֣אמְרוּ
𐤉𐤏𐤒􉀑	𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉	𐤉􉀑𐤉𐤍	𐤅𐤋𐤀	𐤉𐤄	𐤉𐤓𐤀𐤄	𐤋𐤀	𐤅𐤉𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤅
ya-'aqa-b	au-la-ha-ya	ya-ba-yn	wa-la-a	ya-ha	ya-ra-aa-ha	la-a	wa-ya-ama-rwa
ya'aqob	'elohey	yabiyn	welo'	yah	yire'eh	lo'	wayo'merw
of Jacob	the God	pays no heed.”		“The LORD	see;	does not	They say,

94-7. Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard it.

psa 94:8

תַּשְׂכִּֽילוּ	מָתַ֥י	וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים	בָּעָ֑ם	בֹּעֲרִ֣ים	בִּ֭ינוּ
𐤕𐤔𐤊𐤉𐤋𐤅	𐤌𐤕𐤉	𐤅𐤊𐤎𐤉𐤋𐤉𐤌	􉀑𐤏𐤌	􉀑𐤏𐤓𐤉𐤌	􉀑𐤉𐤍𐤅
tha-sha-ka-ylwa	ma-tha-ya	wka-sa-yla-ym	ba-'a-m	ba-'ara-ym	ba-ynwa
tasekiylw	matay	wkesiyliym	ba'am	bo'ariym	biynw
will you be wise?	when	O fools,	among the people!	O senseless	Take notice,

94-8. Understand, ye brutish among the people: and ye fools, when will ye be wise?

psa 94:9

יַבִּֽיט

הֲ

עַ֝֗יִן

אִֽםיֹ֥צֵֽר

יִשְׁמָ֑ע

לֹ֣א

הֲ

אֹ֖זֶן

נֹ֣טַֽע

הֲ

can He not

the eye,

He who formed

hear?

He who affixed

94-9. He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?

psa 94:10

דָּֽעַת	אָדָ֣ם	הַֽמְלַמֵּ֖ד	יֹוכִ֑יחַ	לֹ֣א	הֲ	גֹּ֭ויִם	יֹסֵ֣ר	הֲ
𐤃𐤏𐤕	𐤀𐤃𐤌	𐤄𐤌𐤋𐤌𐤃	𐤉𐤅𐤊𐤉𐤇	𐤋𐤀	𐤄	𐤂𐤅𐤉𐤌	𐤉𐤎𐤓	𐤄
da-'a-tha	aa-da-m	ha-ma-la-ma-d	ya-wka-ycha	la-a	ha	ga-wya-m	ya-sa-r	ha
da'at	'adam	hamelamed	yowkiyha	lo'	ha	gowyim	yoser	ha
does He [lack] knowledge?	man,	He who teaches	discipline?	does He not		the nations,	He who admonishes

94-10. He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, shall not he know?

psa 94:11

הָֽבֶל	כִּיהֵ֥מָּה	אָדָ֑ם	מַחְשְׁבֹ֣ות	יֹ֭דֵעַ	יְֽהוָ֗ה
𐤄􉀑𐤋	𐤊𐤉𐤄𐤌𐤄	𐤀𐤃𐤌	𐤌𐤇𐤔􉀑𐤅𐤕	𐤉𐤃𐤏	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄
ha-ba-l	ka-yha-ma-ha	aa-da-m	ma-cha-sha-ba-wtha	ya-da-'a	ya-hwa-ha
habel	kiyhemah	'adam	mahesebowt	yode'a	yehwah
are futile.	that they	of man,	the thoughts	knows	The LORD

94-11. The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

psa 94:12

תְלַמְּדֶֽנּוּ	תֹּורָתְךָ֥	וּֽמִ	יָּ֑הּ	אֲשֶׁרתְּיַסְּרֶ֣נּוּ	הַגֶּ֣בֶר	אַשְׁרֵ֤י
𐤕𐤋𐤌𐤃𐤍𐤅	𐤕𐤅𐤓𐤕𐤊	𐤅𐤌	𐤉𐤄	𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤕𐤉𐤎𐤓𐤍𐤅	𐤄𐤂􉀑𐤓	𐤀𐤔𐤓𐤉
tha-la-ma-da-nwa	tha-wra-tha-ka	wma	ya-ha	aasha-rtha-ya-sa-ra-nwa	ha-ga-ba-r	aa-sha-ra-ya
telamedenw	towrateka	wmi	yah	'aserteyaserenw	hageber	'aserey
and teach	Your law,	from	O LORD,	You discipline,	[is] the man	Blessed

94-12. Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;

psa 94:13

שָֽׁחַת	לָרָשָׁ֣ע	עַ֤דיִכָּרֶ֖ה	רָ֑ע	ימֵי	לֹ֖ומִ֣	לְהַשְׁקִ֣יט
𐤔𐤇𐤕	𐤋𐤓𐤔𐤏	𐤏𐤃𐤉𐤊𐤓𐤄	𐤓𐤏	𐤉𐤌𐤉	𐤋𐤅𐤌	𐤋𐤄𐤔𐤒𐤉𐤈
sha-cha-tha	la-ra-sha-'	'a-dya-ka-ra-ha	ra-'	yma-ya	la-wma	la-ha-sha-qa-yt
sahat	larasa'	'adyikareh	ra'	ymey	lowmi	lehaseqiyt
a pit	for the wicked.	until is dug	of trouble,	days	from	to grant him relief

94-13. That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.

psa 94:14

יַעֲזֹֽב	לֹ֣א	וְ֝נַחֲלָתֹ֗ו	עַמֹּ֑ו	יְהוָ֣ה	יִטֹּ֣שׁ	כִּ֤ילֹא
𐤉𐤏𐤆􉀑	𐤋𐤀	𐤅𐤍𐤇𐤋𐤕𐤅	𐤏𐤌𐤅	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤉𐤈𐤔	𐤊𐤉𐤋𐤀
ya-'aza-b	la-a	wa-na-chala-tha-wa	'a-ma-wa	ya-hwa-ha	ya-ta-sha	ka-yla-a
ya'azob	lo'	wenahalatow	'amow	yehwah	yitos	kiylo'
abandon	He will never	His heritage.	His people;	the LORD	forsake	For will not

94-14. For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.

psa 94:15

לֵֽב	יִשְׁרֵי	כָּל	וְ֝אַחֲרָ֗יו	מִשְׁפָּ֑ט	יָשׁ֣וּב	צֶ֭דֶק	כִּֽיעַד
𐤋􉀑	𐤉𐤔𐤓𐤉	𐤊𐤋	𐤅𐤀𐤇𐤓𐤉𐤅	𐤌𐤔𐤐𐤈	𐤉𐤔𐤅􉀑	𐤑𐤃𐤒	𐤊𐤉𐤏𐤃
la-b	ya-sha-ra-ya	ka-l	wa-aa-chara-ywa	ma-sha-pa-t	ya-shwb	sa-da-qh	ka-y'a-d
leb	yiserey	kal	we'aharayw	misepat	yaswb	sedeq	kiy'ad
in heart	the upright	and all	will follow it.	be righteous,	will again	judgment	Surely Surely

94-15. But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.

psa 94:16

אָֽוֶן	פֹּ֥עֲלֵי	לִ֝יעִם	יִתְיַצֵּ֥ב	מִֽי	מְרֵעִ֑ים	לִ֭יעִם	יָק֣וּם	מִֽי
𐤀𐤅𐤍	𐤐𐤏𐤋𐤉	𐤋𐤉𐤏𐤌	𐤉𐤕𐤉𐤑􉀑	𐤌𐤉	𐤌𐤓𐤏𐤉𐤌	𐤋𐤉𐤏𐤌	𐤉𐤒𐤅𐤌	𐤌𐤉
aa-wa-n	pa-'ala-ya	la-y'a-m	ya-tha-ya-sa-b	ma-ya	ma-ra-'a-ym	la-y'a-m	ya-qwm	ma-ya
'awen	po'aley	liy'im	yiteyaseb	miy	mere'iym	liy'im	yaqwm	miy
of iniquity?	the workers	for me against	will stand	Who	the wicked?	for me against	will rise up	Who

94-16. Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? or who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?

psa 94:17

נַפְשִֽׁי	דוּמָ֣ה	שָֽׁכְנָ֖ה	מְעַ֓ט	לִּ֑יכִּ	עֶזְרָ֣תָה	לוּלֵ֣ייְ֭הוָה
𐤍𐤐𐤔𐤉	𐤃𐤅𐤌𐤄	𐤔𐤊𐤍𐤄	𐤌𐤏𐤈	𐤋𐤉𐤊	𐤏𐤆𐤓𐤕𐤄	𐤋𐤅𐤋𐤉𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄
na-pa-sha-ya	dwma-ha	sha-ka-na-ha	ma-'a-t	la-yka	'a-za-ra-tha-ha	lwla-yya-hwa-ha
napesiy	dwmah	sakenah	me'at	liyki	'ezeratah	lwleyyehwah
I	of silence.	have dwelt in the abode	would soon		had been my helper,	Unless the LORD

94-17. Unless the LORD had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.

psa 94:18

יִסְעָדֵֽנִי	יְ֝הוָ֗ה	חַסְדְּךָ֥	רַגְלִ֑י	מָ֣טָה	אִםאָ֭מַרְתִּי
𐤉𐤎𐤏𐤃𐤍𐤉	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤇𐤎𐤃𐤊	𐤓𐤂𐤋𐤉	𐤌𐤈𐤄	𐤀𐤌𐤀𐤌𐤓𐤕𐤉
ya-sa-'a-da-na-ya	ya-hwa-ha	cha-sa-da-ka	ra-ga-la-ya	ma-ta-ha	aa-maa-ma-ra-tha-ya
yise'adeniy	yehwah	hasedeka	rageliy	matah	'im'amaretiy
will support me.	O LORD,	Your loving devotion,	“My foot	is slipping,”	If I say,

94-18. When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.

psa 94:19

נַפְשִֽׁי	יְֽשַׁעַשְׁע֥וּ	תַּ֝נְחוּמֶ֗יךָ	בְּקִרְבִּ֑י	שַׂרְעַפַּ֣י	בְּרֹ֣ב
𐤍𐤐𐤔𐤉	𐤉𐤔𐤏𐤔𐤏𐤅	𐤕𐤍𐤇𐤅𐤌𐤉𐤊	􉀑𐤒𐤓􉀑𐤉	𐤔𐤓𐤏𐤐𐤉	􉀑𐤓􉀑
na-pa-sha-ya	ya-sha-'a-sha-'wa	tha-na-chwma-yka	ba-qa-ra-ba-ya	sha-ra-'a-pa-ya	ba-ra-b
napesiy	yesa'ase'w	tanehwmeyka	beqirebiy	sare'apay	berob
my soul.	delight	Your comforts	within me,	When anxiety	abounds

94-19. In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

psa 94:20

חֹֽק	עֲלֵי	עָמָ֣ל	יֹצֵ֖ר	הַוֹּ֑ות	כִּסֵּ֣א	יְחָבְרְךָ	הַֽ֭
𐤇𐤒	𐤏𐤋𐤉	𐤏𐤌𐤋	𐤉𐤑𐤓	𐤄𐤅𐤅𐤕	𐤊𐤎𐤀	𐤉𐤇􉀑𐤓𐤊	𐤄
cha-qh	'ala-ya	'a-ma-l	ya-sa-r	ha-wa-wtha	ka-sa-a	ya-cha-ba-ra-ka	ha
hoq	'aley	'amal	yoser	hawowt	kise'	yehabereka	ha
decree?	by	mischief	one devising	Can a corrupt	throne	be Your ally—

94-20. Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

psa 94:21

יַרְשִֽׁיעוּ	נָקִ֣י	וְדָ֖ם	צַדִּ֑יק	נֶ֣פֶשׁ	עַל	יָ֭גֹודּוּ
𐤉𐤓𐤔𐤉𐤏𐤅	𐤍𐤒𐤉	𐤅𐤃𐤌	𐤑𐤃𐤉𐤒	𐤍𐤐𐤔	𐤏𐤋	𐤉𐤂𐤅𐤃𐤅
ya-ra-sha-y'wa	na-qa-ya	wa-da-m	sa-da-yqh	na-pa-sha	'a-l	ya-ga-wdwa
yaresiy'w	naqiy	wedam	sadiyq	nepes	'al	yagowdw
and condemn	the innocent	to death.	the righteous		against	They band together

94-21. They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

psa 94:22

מַחְסִֽי	לְצ֣וּר	וֵ֝אלֹהַ֗י	לִ֣ילְמִשְׂגָּ֑ב	יְהוָ֣ה	וַיְהִ֬י
𐤌𐤇𐤎𐤉	𐤋𐤑𐤅𐤓	𐤅𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉	𐤋𐤉𐤋𐤌𐤔𐤂􉀑	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤅𐤉𐤄𐤉
ma-cha-sa-ya	la-swr	wa-ala-ha-ya	la-yla-ma-sha-ga-b	ya-hwa-ha	wa-ya-ha-ya
mahesiy	leswr	we'lohay	liylemisegab	yehwah	wayehiy
of refuge.	is my rock	and my God	my stronghold,	But the LORD	has been

94-22. But the LORD is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.

psa 94:23

אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ	יְהוָ֥ה	יַ֝צְמִיתֵ֗ם	יַצְמִיתֵ֑ם	וּבְרָעָתָ֥ם	אֹונָ֗ם	אֶת	עֲלֵיהֶ֨ם	וַיָּ֤שֶׁב
𐤀𐤋𐤄𐤉𐤍𐤅	𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄	𐤉𐤑𐤌𐤉𐤕𐤌	𐤉𐤑𐤌𐤉𐤕𐤌	𐤅􉀑𐤓𐤏𐤕𐤌	𐤀𐤅𐤍𐤌	𐤀𐤕	𐤏𐤋𐤉𐤄𐤌	𐤅𐤉𐤔􉀑
au-la-ha-ynwa	ya-hwa-ha	ya-sa-ma-ytha-m	ya-sa-ma-ytha-m	wba-ra-'a-tha-m	aa-wna-m	aa-tha	'ala-yha-m	wa-ya-sha-b
'eloheynw	yehwah	yasemiytem	yasemiytem	wbera'atam	'ownam	'et	'aleyhem	wayaseb
our God	The LORD	will destroy them.	and destroy them	for their wickedness.	their own iniquity		upon them	He will bring

94-23. And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the LORD our God shall cut them off.
